Esperienza fantastica: The most amazing journey of life. I thought yoga was about postures and it’s not. It’s a way of living uniting physical, mental and spiritual path to discover yourself. How to be the creator of your life while enjoying the process to reach bliss , self awareness and enlightment. I would recommend this TTC to every human, even if you don’t want to become a teacher. It’s a life changer. The team including ALL teachers was just perfect. Honestly, brilliant decision to join yogalife. Also I had the chance to meet amazing new people who are now friends. Esperienza fantastica: I signed up for the course, hoping to acquire more knowledge on the philosophy and technique of yoga. Already from the first week end I knew I was getting more than expected. I find Yogalife instructors, including its founders, to have a very good grasp of the true meaning of yoga and a great way of passing it to the students. The training really motivated me in experiencing yoga and liberated me. I definitely recommend it as a TTC experience

Esperienza fantastica: J’ai suivi la formation de 200h dispensée par Yogalife et je ne peux que recommander ce cursus à toute personne qui souhaite se lancer dans l’enseignement du yoga! On y retrouve un mélange équilibré d’apprentissage théorique et pratique mais ce qui fait la singularité de cette école est l’accent mis sur le développement personnel tout au long de la formation. Esperienza fantastica: The Yogalife TTC training in Geneva was a beautiful, enriching, amazing experience that opened up a whole other universe for me, and went way beyond my high expectations. All of the teachers are extraordinary - they teach and share their knowledge and experience from the heart; the course is carefully constructed, and the hands on practice was really powerful. I loved that in the training, we went much deeper than practicing the asanas, exploring how the shapes we make with our bodies help us grow in our mind and spirt, bring us confidence and lead us to greater fulfilment. Esperienza fantastica: Grateful from the bottom of my heart to Yogalife! The approach of Yogalife is human, knowledgeable and wise. The tools they use are straightforward, clear, modern, and useful for everyday life as an individual and as a teacher. Yogalife is far beyond as a “Yoga School” - it is a community that embraces you in your whole being, picking you up from where you are right now and encouraging you to grow further, to discover for yourself your true yoga teacher. The 200 hr Yogalife Teacher Training brought up to light and built the teaching skills of “the yoga teacher that always lived in me - and changed my life! The further Yogic Studies, enhancing the yoga knowledge, the understanding of anatomy applied to yoga as well as my confidence and joy teaching, had increased largely after every module of the 300 hrs training I had accomplished with them. After accomplishing the Training, Yogalife offers a Continuing Education Program which allows you to experience the Teacher Training from the side of the Teachers and how it works and at the same time, you have the chance to go deeper into your knowledge about yoga: so many subjects that can be reviewed with a mind that already understands. In my persona path, I have got the opportunity to do the CEP and grow in to the Yogalife teachings to become one of the leader teachers for the TTC as well as for the Advanced Teacher Training modules. Very honored and happy to be sharing so my words may inspire YOU.

Esperienza fantastica: I decided to sign up to the 200hrs Yoga teacher training in Geneva last year, kind of out of the blue but also cause yoga had become a passion. This was the best thing I’ve ever done. The team at Yogalife were simply amazing, teachers are incredible, so humble, kind and transmit their knowledge and experience with so much passion and openness. They were so available and still are. The material is complete and the organisation and support in the training goes beyond expectation. Esperienza fantastica: The teacher training program with Yogalife is unique; it is a truly transformative experience. The program is well built with philosophy teachings, asana classes given by the different teachers, hands-on experience with asana clinics & teaching practice, and much more. The human interactions are also very special; I have met a group of amazing people who I share a special bond with now. The 200YTT was a truly amazing experience and I am so grateful that I found this school. Yogalife teachers are world-class professionals, deeply rooted in this tradition, that did not only grew up with it, but truly lived it during their life paths and tested its tools and approaches. They were amazing inspirations. The school also focuses on understanding individual anatomies and very in depth hands-on which serve people to go beyond their mental blockages to experience the benefits of the postures. Esperienza fantastica: Difficult to find the words for this amazingly beautiful and life changing journey. There are not enough words to describe all the emotions, the love, the laughters and union we were lucky to experience. This TTC is so much more than just learning about asanas and the teachers are going way beyond and above of just teaching. Their genuine love for yoga and transmitting with the generosity they do, does not leave anyone untouched. I took the course out of pure thirst of knowledge to understand more about yoga, without wanting to be a teacher (thought that was for younger folks ). But what I have learned about yoga and myself is already having such a deep and positive impact that I can truly say that taking that course was the best decision taken in 2022. Esperienza fantastica: Yogalife is a family of kind people with an open mind and open heart. The best place to be when you need to reconnect to yourself and find your way. The TTC training went beyond any expectations. The theory lessons, the practical ones with the explanation of the asanas, the yoga practice , everything was delivered with professionalism and heart. Even the online part we did due to COVID was well organized and extremely effective. I found it very enriching that we had the opportunity to meet different teachers every week, and each one of them gave us something special and unique. The thing that I appreciate most from the school is the humbleness. They are not professing solutions or the truth. They are delivering instruments and tools you can use to dive into your deepest self and find your own answer. Yogalife training helped me a lot to make important decisions during a transition period of my life. I am still thankful for what the school gave and continue to give to me!!

Esperienza fantastica: Following the TTC from Yogalife was definitely the best thing I have done in 2021, the effect of it on my life is something I feel I still have to fully discover! The training was a mixture of in depth discussions about the Yoga history and culture, practical experiences of asanas, meditations and pranayama and detailed explanation on how to best teach them! All teachers were very much caring about us, and the atmosphere created with them and the fellows students was absolutely fantastic

Esperienza fantastica: Yogalife has been a turning point in my life. I had a 200h Yoga teachers training at another school but felt that I wanted more! I joined their Advanced Yoga Teachers Training in Goa, India in 2016 and got even more than I asked for! It is not only a yoga training but much more, encouraging you to change to reach the best version of yourself. I decided to repeat 200h training with them and again, I was so impressed with their training. All lead teachers are experts in their areas like anatomy, philosophy, theory, history of yoga. Sanjeev Bhanot’s unique hands-on adjustment techniques are life changing experiences for many students that I had the chance the observe personally. Other main teachers like Andrea Freely and Mironel De Wilde are again amazing teachers with wide knowladge and experience and always ready to share these with you with such generosity. They also became my lifetime friends, teachers I still follow for yoga classes, workshops and retreats! All Yogalife family is dedicated to yoga teachings and meeting Manoj, Punam and Shweta in Yogalife festival in Belgium was another pleasure to see such committed kind hearted people in yoga. Yogalife Festival is another beautiful representation of how much they care about their community and a pure bliss to attend and has been an honor to teach twice at the event. I also did Anatomy 100h Advanced training in Nyon with Yogalife, and learned the yoga therapy and body reading techniques from one of the best teachers I know, Anne MacNabb and Sanjeev Bhanot. Anne’s knowladge and expertise in anatomy and her unique fun-practical teaching methods made this training a pure bliss! This training also improved my teaching skills so much and carried my classes to next level. Finally I did my last 100hours Advanced training in Spain, Ibiza October 2018, and again got deeper with philosophy, breathing techniques, mantras, asana hands-ons and meditation. I am honored to be one of the first teachers with 500hours diploma from Yogalife. Yogalife teachers are always experts with the kindest hearts, supporting you in your journey, caribg about your personal development as well as a real professional improvement. The European network at Belgium, Germany, Zurich and Geneva, allows you to experience a wider perspective and many trusted friends around you! I am grateful to meet with this school, work with their teachers, honored to carry their diplomas and share these knowladge and experiences with my students-friends and family. After 15 years in professional carrier in international companies, I never thought I could have a job that I love and be grateful for everyday, earning from sharing my passion of yoga, helping people to feel better!
