Esperienza fantastica: I have been attending yoga classes here for many moons, even before they moved to this location. After each weekly lesson I know why I don't go anywhere else. They are proactive each year with weekly retreats, advent quiet sessions, outdoor summer yoga, and each teacher has their own individual style. Location is unbeatable, spacey, beautiful room and very reasonable prices. I have been to yoga all over the world but always come home to my yoga here.

Esperienza fantastica: Ich besuche regelmässig Seminare bei Doris Günter. Die Atmosphäre ist herzlich und die Vorträge sind sehr inspirierend. Für mich ist es eine wunderbare Möglichkeit vertieft in die Yogapraxis und die entsprechende Theorie einzutauchen. Sowohl die Vertiefungsseminare als auch das jährlich stattfindende Retreat «Yoga im Schweigen» im Appenzellerland kann ich sehr empfehlen. Für die Teilnahme an wöchentlichen Yogakursen wohne ich zu weit entfernt, sonst wäre ich gerne dabei!
