Esperienza fantastica: The best yoga practice I ever had is with Kasia, the way she teaches hatha and restorative yoga in person and online were the ideal way for me to decompress from daily work stress, restoring my nervious system and bringing balance to my body, mind and energy. I love attending her yoga retreats. Also, the face yoga workshop she taught online left my face with a healthy glow. I highly recommend Kasia yoga and face yoga classes. Switzerland is very lucky to have her as yoga teacher.

Esperienza fantastica: Super cours de yoga. J'ai suivi les cours avant bébé puis avec bébé lors de mon congé maternité. Superbe expérience que je recommande. L'accent et la douceur de Kasia vont beaucoup me manquer. Un grand merci pour tout.

Esperienza fantastica: Kasia, c'est une professeur de yoga très expérimentée, douce et à l'écoute. J'adore ces séances. Ses derniers cours de face yoga étaient une belle découverte. Prendre soin de son visage, c'est possible et cela fait du bien!!!

Esperienza fantastica: Tenté d'essayer une séance de yoga en couple et prénatal nous avons vécu une expérience vraiment agréable en restant connectés à nos corps et en explorant des nouvelles sensations, qui nous ont permis de mieux nous connaître. La technique a été expliqué à plusieurs reprises et la qualité des mouvements nous a fait beaucoup de bien. Kasia a respecté nos rythmes et difficultés avec délicatesse et savoir-faire. Rarement impressionnés par d'autres expériences «yoga», nous avons décidé de cultiver la relation avec Kasia autour de la pratique du yoga. Merci beaucoup!
