Esperienza fantastica: So happy I bumped into the four-week aerial yoga beginner course ad in instagram and gave it a try. The pace was calm and instructions clear, so using the silk was relaxing, fun and surprisingly easy - even though I've only tried few yoga classes years ago, spend my days hunched over my computer and don't really do much any sports! Jay and Nadine are warm and welcoming, and the studio is cozy. Definitely going to start regular classes, and recommended to friends too.

Esperienza fantastica: A wonderful place to practice yoga! The instructions are very precise and easy to follow. Also it is beneficial that there are two people present in the Aerial Yoga classes to support and guide you through the poses. Nadine and Jay are doing the classes with their hearts, which (in combination with the little fireplace and the soft music) creates a homely atmosphere. Looking forward to be back!

In the beginning of each session he gives a brief introduction to the focus of the ensuing session and draws spiritual onnections and analogies to issues of our daily lives. Highly recommended!!

Esperienza fantastica: Der 2stündige Kurs für Einsteiger ist der Hammer! Nadine hat die Teilnehmerinnen sehr behutsam und mit tollen Anleitungen ins Aerial Yoga sowie in die verschiedenen Positionen eingeführt. Wenn man etwas nicht kapiert oder es nicht funktioniert, kommt Ihr Ehemann Jay (Jeremiah) und hilft einfühlsam, die gewünschte Position zu erreichen. So toll! Das Studio befindet sich im EG und es hat einen wunderbaren Garten mit einem kleinen, plätschernden Brunnen. Man darf dort Aerial Yoga mit Aussicht und beurhigenden Geräuschen geniessen. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Esperienza fantastica: A small yoga studio. Overall the atmosphere is very nice, friendly and welcoming. I have been regularely attending the monday evening energetic flow yoga classes with Herbert for four months now. And let someone else tell you that they can't imagine that yoga is strenuous.. Just send them to Herbert. The class pushes me to my limits and I get to know new muscles in my body every time. The perfect start for my week. 5 stars. Thank you.

Both were fantastic in sharing their experience in running regular aerial classes with us in a didactic way. Esperienza fantastica: Eine ganz andere Yogaerfahrung Sich frei frühlen, in der Luft hängen, etwas ausprobieren, sich trauen, Muskeln spüren, Energie tanken, Spass haben, lachen, sich anstrengen... all das konnte ich in der Aerial-Yogastunde bei Nadine erleben. Das Ambiente im Studio ist sehr einladend und der Blick in den Garten lässt Ferienstimmung mitten in der Stadt zu. Nadine hat eine sehr tolle Art zu unterrichten. Sehr locker, mit genauen Anweisungen und guten Tipps! Sie leitet sehr gut an und auch als Anfängerin fühlte ich mich immer sicher im Tuch. Jederzeit wieder! Danke für die tolle Erfahrung!!

Esperienza fantastica: Ich mache seit einigen Jahren Yoga, aber Aerial Yoga mit Nadine und Jay war eine komplett neue Erfahrung für mich. Nadine hat wunderbar durch die Stunde geleitet und die beiden haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns immer sicher im Tuch gefühlt haben. Besonders schön fand ich, dass Raum für alles war: In sich gehen, hineinspüren und dann wieder gemeinsam lachen und die Komfortzone verlassen. Es war eine sehr tolle Erfahrung, denn Nadine & Jay haben mit ihrer ruhigen und herzlichen Art wunderbar durch die Stunde geführt. Die Stunde hat alles beinhaltet: Entspannung, Akrobatik, Sport und es durfte auch zusammen gelacht werden. Ich habe mich stehts wohl und sicher gefühlt. Esperienza fantastica: Nadine und Jay haben eine wundervolle Oase kreeirt: inmitten der Stadt Basel ein ruhiges, erholsames und gleichzeitig helles Yoga Studio. Das Yoga Studio ist gut erreichbar, einfach zu finden, 1 min zu Fuss von der Tram/Bus-Haltestelle und gut beschildert. Nadine instruiert in verständlicher, angenehmer Stimme und widmet die Stunde einem jeweiligen Thema - was mich sehr inspiriert. Jay unterrichtet in Englisch. Zwischen den Stunden/Tagen darf variiert werden und beide sind sehr flexibel und gehen auf pers. Wünsche ein. Der Ausblick in den Garten und den Brunnen runden das Yoga Erlebnis und zur Ruhe kommen ab. Die Yogalektionen sind für jedes Alter und Level geeignet. Sehr gerne komme ich wieder.

Nadine hat auch für Anfänger gut verständlich durch die verschiedenen Bewegungsabläufe geführt, so dass auch eine Teilnahme von zu Hause problemlos möglich ist! Gerne wieder online dabei :) Besonders Spass macht auch das daneben angebotene Aerial Yoga - im Beginner Workshop samstags lernt man erste einfache Übungen im Tuch - einfach mal fliegen

The lectures are super nice and friendly, the studio has a beautiful atmosphere with a small fire place and the class was a simply wonderful way to release stress and find a calmness. Esperienza fantastica: This morning I attended the Aerial Yoga workshop. After a long time without doing exercise, I must say it was not easy for me, but at the same time it was quite fun. Nadine is a wonderful teacher with a relaxing and very nice voice. And Jay was amazing helping me whenever needed. They both made me felt comfortable and safe during the workshop. I discovered that Aerial Yoga is such a complete disciplin for the whole body. I believe that if I keep on practicing I will be able to do a couple of exercises I could not do today I love the beautiful studio and its lovely secret garden. I really liked it and I would love to come back. I definitely recommend it!

Esperienza fantastica: Such a beautiful little studio with a garden, what makes it truly magical. Tried Nadine's Slow flow and Lisa's Gentle flow & sound healing classes and both were great, suitable for beginners. Nadine's Slow flow can be though challenging your strength sometimes, which I find is the way for improvement. :) Both Nadine and Lisa are friendly and welcoming and Jeremiah is always there to assist and help in the classes or when we have questions. Very happy that I found this little 'hidden treasure' in the middle of the city.

The safety orientation gave me confidence that the towels would support me and Nadine gently guided us through the motions with Jay supporting on the floor. I think every yoga class should have 2 instructors like this! I teach Pilates, yoga and TRX and this class brings all 3 together. Will definitely be back to my cocoon!
