Benvenuti a Yoga Luna, il vostro rifugio nel cuore di Berna. Qui, corpo e mente si incontrano in un'atmosfera armoniosa che accoglie sia i principianti che i praticanti esperti. Indipendentemente dal vostro livello o stile preferito, troverete nel nostro studio l'ispirazione che cercate.
La nostra ampia offerta di corsi comprende stili di yoga sia tradizionali che moderni, guidati da un team appassionato di insegnanti esperti. Diamo grande importanza a garantire che ogni lezione sia insegnata con amore, lasciando al contempo spazio per l'espressione personale. Da Yoga Luna, non siete solo parte di una comunità, ma di una famiglia.
Oltre ai corsi regolari, offriamo anche workshop e ritiri per approfondire la vostra pratica e aprire nuove prospettive. E se non riuscite a venire in studio, la nostra piattaforma di yoga online è disponibile per permettervi di praticare ovunque e in qualsiasi momento.
La nostra filosofia si basa sul fatto che lo studente è al centro della nostra attenzione – il nostro obiettivo è che voi lasciate il nostro studio rilassati e con un sorriso. Lasciatevi ispirare dall'atmosfera calda, da una tazza di tè e dalla comunità che vi circonda. Venite a scoprire cosa significa davvero yoga per voi!

Esperienza positiva: Lovely vibes. They prepare tea, so you can bring a cup to the practice room. Mats, yogablocks, straps, blankets are available. The WC is ok. The teacher was not bad, just mediocre. A great teacher would go around give the students form corrections or tips for the asanas - which was totally missing here unfortunately. The changing room is tiny and open. I guess the assumption is that only women take the lessons, so there's no need for a separate changing rooms? The yoga mats are super dirty (all kinds of stuff stuck there including hair -yuck!), so if you have your own mat- that's a plus. All in all, just ok.
Esperienza fantastica: Very nice studio with a quiet and cosy atmosphere. Perfect location in the city centre. The studio is clean and tidy and has the best teachers (German or English speaking).

Esperienza fantastica: Very nice studio, daily german and english classes available. Mostly Anusara and Hatha Yoga. Right in the middle of town, best choice for authentic Yoga practice!
