Esperienza fantastica: I’m Michael and I use my girlfriend's account becuase I don‘t have one. I‘ve been attending Rachel's classes for over a year and I really appreciate them. The classes are always well planned, Rachel has a good sense of varying the movements and creates a good and welcoming atmosphere. The Vinyasa classes help me to find a mental and physical balance to my other sporting activities.

Esperienza fantastica: Rachel as a teacher and all of the participants were really welcoming. She always checked for preferences before starting into the classes and took time for correcting or supporting during the practice if necessary. But what I enjoyed most was the great mix of challenge and relaxation, balance and strength!

I am taking Pre-natal yoga lessons with her since my 5th month pregnancy and she has been such an amazing teacher that listens and sets each flow according to the needs of my body and my little baby! We enjoy every class with Rachel and can only recommend her!
