Esperienza fantastica: An oasis in Zurich. We used the sauna and it was heaven, felt like we were back home in Scandinavia. The detail and ambience is on another level. I have also attended Susan’s yoga classes, it was one of the best yoga classes I have been to. It was a holistic experience. Thank you ❤️

Esperienza fantastica: What a wonderful oasis in Zurich. Thank you Susan =) We spent 2 lovely (and sweaty) hours at the Serrat(u)s private sauna. The space is beautiful, inviting you to relax instantaneously. The wood and chimes comingle to allow your body and mind to become still and enjoy the present. There was water and a small snack provided (thank you so much!) as well as towels and bath robes. The outside seating area was perfect for a 5-10 minute break to cool down in between our 3 15-minute sauna sessions. The fact that we had the sauna to ourselves was excellent, especially in these times... Thank you again for an awesome time - we will certainly be back. I would recommend the Serrat(u)s private sauna to anyone and everyone that would like to detoxify with sauna sessions in a stunning and most welcoming environment. I would call it a deep dive into relaxation. :) All my very best, Nadia

Esperienza fantastica: Changing space, showers, towels and all equipment provided. Over the years I've enjoyed the full range of yoga here: from classical and experimental evening lessons; mid-morning sessions with creatives and the movers & shakers of Zurich's design and nightclub industries; to the lunchtime Air Yoga. The studio environment, staff and décor is very welcoming. Swiss, German and English spoken. and it's the kinda place where you can easily fall into conversation with your fellow yoginis. An eclectic mix! The Experimental Yoga is my favourite, as Susan's musical taste and sound system are pretty cool. The private sauna is fabulous in the winter months, and the deep massages a blissful luxury from time-to-time. Gyrotonic classes are next on my list to try.

Esperienza fantastica: Seit 13 Jahren mache ich mit Susan Gyrotonik. Ich habe keine Rückenschmerzen mehr, ich fühle mich besser in meinem Körper und es hilft mir in meinem täglichen Leben. Susan ist eine sehr kompetente, positive und offene Person. Ich freue mich auf jede Stunde Training mit ihr und auf ihre Massage am Ende des Trainings. Ausserdem ist das Studio Serratus ein wirklich schöner und aussergewöhnlicher Ort. Ich kann nur empfehlen!

Esperienza fantastica: I just love the Place, the People and specially the workout there. Susan Fischer ist one of the best Teachers I met so far and I‘m doing Yoga since 15 years. Serrat(u)s Studio has a lot to offer, from Sauna to Gyrotonic and from Workshops to Pilates. In my view, you get there also the best Massages in Zurich! She is just magic! I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Esperienza fantastica: Seit mehreren Jahren gehe ich nun zu Eleonora in den Yoga Flow Unterricht ins Serratus. Seit ich regelmässig Yoga mache, fühle ich mich viel balancierter und fühle mich zufrieden in meinem Körper. Eleonora hat einen total angenehmen Flow und macht jede Stunde einzigartig. Ich fühle mich danach immer super gut. Ich danke ihr von ganzen Herzen dass sie mit ihren Yoga Stunden, mir so viel Wertvolles gibt!

Susan und ihr Team sind alles sehr erfahrene Instruktorinnen, die ihre Arbeit mit Sorgfalt und viel positiver Energie ausführen. Meine Yogakenntnisse verdanke ich Serratus*** Ich schätze zudem die gepflegte und wundersame Atmospähre im Studio und die bunt gemischte Crowd die dort ein- und ausgeht. Super empfehlenswert!

Esperienza fantastica: Eleonora massiert mit viel Gefühl und Können! Ihre Thai-Yoga-Massage ist ein Traum und ich habe mich danach leicht und entspannt gefühlt. Einfach nur toll und sehr empfehlenswert! 5 Sterne ⭐️ Auch ist die Location wunderschön und man kann im Serratus so richtig abschalten und einfach nur geniessen..

Esperienza fantastica: Ich bin ein grosser Fan von Eleonora Hertenstein's Yoga Stunden und Hatha Yoga Flow. Die richtige Mischung zwischen Bewegung und Entspannung schön angeleitet und in einer wunderschönen Umgebung - perfekt um von der Arbeit abzuschalten und etwas nur für mich zu tun. Auch die Thai Yoga Massage habe ich schon ausprobiert und war begeistert!

Esperienza fantastica: I LOVE this unique island in the mids of chaotic Zurich Long Street vibe. Susen to me is such a clear example of how to make a difference through a positive impact in this world that is fully reflected in the space she created. I am stunned by the luscious garden, the sweet sauna and the way she has placed her interior - all she does, radiates love and trust. I felt immediately home and just really love to BE there, as a client and sometimes as an organizer of concerts, women circles and events. Esperienza fantastica: Das Gyrotonic Training bei Susan ist sehr effektiv und gibt mir ein ganz neues Gefühl für meine Körper. Ich bin stabiler im Körper und im Geist. Das Serratus Studio ist traumhaft eingerichtet und wird mit viel Liebe gepflegt.

Esperienza fantastica: Serrat(u)s ist ein wunderschönes Studio welches mit viel Liebe und Hingabe gestaltet wurde. Im Bereich Yoga bietet Susan und ihr Team für fast jeden die ideale Yoga-Lektion an. Es gibt eine Vielzahl an anderen Aktivitäten im Serrat(u)s, welche ich schon fast alle geniessen durfte.

Esperienza fantastica: Das Serrat(u)s ist eine super Wohlfühl-Oase mitten im Kreis 4. Susan gestaltet die Yoga Lektionen so, dass sie jeder gut mitmachen kann. Egal ob Anfänger oder Profi-Yogi. Sie hat eine tolle Art, auf jeden einzelnen einzugehen. Zudem sind die Lektionen sehr abwechslungsreich. Sie lässt sich immer wieder etwas Neues einfallen. Bis jetzt hat es sich Yoga für mich noch nirgends so stimmig angefühlt wie im Serrat(u)s. Wirklich top!

Mir ihrer ruhigen und einfühlsamen Art, ihren heilenden Händen und vollem, sanftem Körpereinsatz hat sie mir in diesem Moment gekonnt körperlich und seelische Blockaden lösen können - mit anhaltender Nachwirkung...

Esperienza fantastica: Das wunderschöne Serratus-Studio bietet "Gyrotonic" an, dies ist ein ganzheitliches Trainigskonzept an handgefertigten Geräten. Die Wirbelsäule wird als zentraler Träger betrachtet, durch kreisende, spiralförmige und wellenartige Bewegungen werden Mukelketten gestärkt und deren Flexibilität gefördert. Ich kann es allen empfehlen, egal in welchem Alter man ist.***

Esperienza fantastica: Das private Yoga Training von Eleonora hat mir sehr geholfen, meine Rückenschmerzen zu lindern! Durch das individuell auf meine Bedürfnisse abgestimmte Training bin ich nun komplett schmerzfrei. Vielen Dank dafür!

Esperienza fantastica: Gyrotonic bei Susan, vermählt Sinnlichkeit mit Muskeltraining. Ich schätze diese 1:1 Situation in der ich angeleitet werde und zum Abschluss zusätzliche eine Nackenmassage bekomme. Susans Art berührt meine Sinnlichkeit und doch wird mein Körper gestärkt und zentriert. Pure Magie!

Esperienza fantastica: Serrat(u)s is my favourite yoga studio in zurich. Very professionell teachers for yoga, pilates & gyrotonic. It's a beautiful space created by Susan.
