Esperienza fantastica: Il luogo migliore per fare Pilates a Losanna!! Insegnanti molto brave e coinvolgenti, attente a correggere la postura durante gli esercizi di gruppo. Molto comoda l'opzione online, per chi non riesce ad andare spesso in palestra. Frequento questo studio da un anno e sono felicissima della mia scelta!! Il mio mal di schiena è scomparso e mi sento in forma. Lo consiglio! Tutte le insegnanti parlano sia inglese che francese.

As an osteopath and as a mom having had 3 pregnancies, I highly recommend this studio! You will love the atmosphere and quality of classes!

Did classes with Natasha, who is very focused on precision and offers both regression and progression in the exercise, so that you do what’s best for your body. And what a wonderful individual pilates on the reformer with Vivica. Totally recommended!!!

I do a private session once a week with Vivica and I see great improvement in my strength and balance. Vivica is a wonderful and patient teacher and the studio is bright, modern, and clean. There are lockers, changing rooms, and a shower too. Highly recommend.

She ensured that all the fundamentals (breathing, postures, etc) were covered before challenging me to the next level. The studio was also bright, elegant and functional. By far one of the best teacher I know, in a studio or online, Vivica combines the right balance of professionalism, feedback, smile and hard work! I have been attending her pre-natal classes online this year, and I can only recommend them to all the future mamas to feel amazing!
