Esperienza fantastica: This is THE workout if you want to become better, fitter and stronger. Gareth is a great and super experienced trainer. He will push you to your limits by combining endurance, strength and coordination exercises in a 50min high-intensity workout. It‘s going to be hard but you will have fun and definitely leave with a big smile.

Esperienza fantastica: I have been working out with Gareth in a number of different settings and formats (remote and in-person, group and individual) since 2020. He is a truly outstanding personal trainer who will motivate and push you to give your very best. His training style, which includes few "official" breaks but instead tells participants to take individual breaks if they absolutely have to*, ensures that participants of all fitness levels feel challenged. No Excuses Bootcamp is his latest in-person, indoor, full-body workout. It is a very effective high-intensity circuit training focused on building strength and endurance. The trainings generally consist of 3-4 circuits with about 7 stations/exercises each, followed by abs and core exercises and/or a finisher. He adjusts stations/exercises between circuits to keep the intensity high and provide continually differing challenges. He also limits the number of participants for each training, which allows him to provide plenty of inidiviual feedback and coaching during each session. I highly recommend this training (and Gareth as a workout coach in general) to anyone interested in building and improving their overall fitness level through a progressive and continually challenging workout (with great workout music and tons of fun to boot). * Except in the last 10 seconds of each round, where absolutely no breaks are allowed. :-)

Gareth is a great trainer who keeps motivating you throughout his tough sessions and challenges you to take the most out of every single one, resulting in remarkable progress in terms of endurance and strength building. There’s no excuse not to join his workouts if you really want to see a difference and boost your overall well-being. :)
Esperienza fantastica: I love going to Gareth's classes. I've been to many different gym and fitness classes but nothing beats his workouts ;) It’s hard, but it's also so much fun! The studio is very big with a lot of equipment and the training is very effective and motivating. So you should definitely try it out.
Esperienza fantastica: Best workout EVER!! If your looking to be challenged, motivated, burn calories and work those muscles then I totally recommend. The quality of this workout is on a par with top studios I've attended around the world. Gareth is the best trainer in Zurich so one word: GO!

Esperienza fantastica: Amazing full body workout with a passionate trainer. Great atmosphere with both regulars and newcomers - super easy get started even if you are new bootcamp-style. Small classes ensures that Gareth (trainer) has time for everyone
Esperienza fantastica: Great and tough full body workout. We did a 6 minute warmup and three rounds of 7 different exercises (1 min each) mostly with weights and battle ropes and a 6 min ab burner. We finished with some stretching. It was really fun and Gareth is the kind of trainer you can only wish for. Super nice and kind but he knows how to push you to your Limits and beyond. You can always come up to him and ask him anything. Thank you so much for this awesome experience :) I will definitely be back!!
Esperienza fantastica: Gareth is an excellent trainer, motivating each class member to do their personal best but also with great humour. Easy to reach location, top facilities and an excellent workout. Highly recommended for people at all fitness levels.

Always come away from the bootcamp dripping in sweat but with a huge smile. Gareth is a super coach that can motivate you to push hard, no excuses!

Gareth will push you to your limmits, challenge and motivate you and most importantly make you have a fun while doing so! The HIIT circuit style workout is perfect if you're looking for a full-body workout combining both cardio and weight training. THIS will make you see results and get you hooked - enjoy!! :)

Esperienza fantastica: I can only recommend the bootcamp with Gareth. If you are looking for a challenging class with an high professional and motivating coach, then you found it! Very intense training, open to any fitness level. You will probably be so tired at the end that you will regret it but after you will want to train even harder! Addiction alert.

Esperienza fantastica: There really is #noexcuses. This is where you should be on Saturday mornings. The variation & intensity of the workouts really challenge your body in ways you won’t imagine & muscle groups you didn’t even know existed! Each time I go, there is something different, which makes it exciting. I have always enjoyed pushing myself, trying new things & getting my heart rate up. And, I can do this here. Apart from the INSANE workout, the instructor- Gareth is BOMB!!! He sets the pace, is encouraging, challenges you, and truly cares about every single person in the class. Also the people who take the class are awesome, encouraging and friendly. It doesn’t matter what skill level you are at, you are welcomed and supported. You have #noexcuses. Seriously - go book your spot.

I‘ve tried many different studios and concepts around Zurich, but never came across someone who pushes you as hard as he will do. He‘s a born motivator, the workouts will always be a challenge and the music is always on point. Go - you‘ll love it!
