Sergej makes sure to tailor the program to your individual fitness level, so you can enjoy dropping some sweat! I felt like I was in good hands, as Sergej is very attentive and shows broad knowledge and experience in fitness. Also, the 1 to 1 stretching routine I can totally recommend if you wish to make some progress in your flexibility.

Esperienza fantastica: Ich war gestern das erste mal im Personal Training bei Fit Vibe. Es war sehr streng, habe literweise geschwitzt, aber es hat Spass gemacht :D Toll war, dass er auf meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen ist und ein Training zusammengestellt hat, welches ich auch Zuhause mit einfachen Hilfsmitteln ausführen kann. Besonders gut gefiel mir ausserdem das Stretching am Schluss!
