Esperienza fantastica: The Pilates Together gym is super equipped with Pilates machines which allow you to take group classes or solo classes. I tried Pilates Together for the first time this year and after 5 lessons people would tell me how good my posture become. I have also stopped feeling lower back pain especially after doing sports like tennis or hicking. The coach Shay has more than 20 years of experience and he is the most positive person to be around. So I recommend to try it out: it’s quite a good investment for your health.

I tried numerous approaches, which would give some relief, but never really address the root cause of the problem. I started to work out with Shay two months ago. Thanks to his experience and deductive approach, we were quickly able to isolate the issue and address it at the core, literally.
