Expérience fantastique: Strength Lab made it possible for me to get a powerlifting workout in on a Sunday morning (because Basel gyms close to outsiders at 5pm on Saturday — who knew?). I had the combo rack to myself as 90s hip hop played in the immaculate garden-level space. A lovely home gym away from home!

Expérience fantastique: This is my second time having personal training sessions with Stella (insta is stellas.coaching) at this gym, and it has been an absolutely amazing experience so far. Stella's attention to detail is impeccable; she always ensures my form is perfect, which has greatly improved my workouts. Her friendly demeanor and encouraging attitude make each session enjoyable and motivating. The gym's convenient location, within walking distance of SBB and just a short tram ride from my office, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars, makes it incredibly accessible. The friendly atmosphere and welcoming community have made me feel very comfortable as a woman. Additionally, the shared showers with provided shampoo are a nice touch. Highly recommend!
