Expérience positive: Ich habe das PureGym Basel Markthalle zwar nie selbst genutzt, aber die Bilder auf der Website wirken sehr ansprechend und machen einen professionellen Eindruck. Was ich schade finde: Ich wollte gerne ein Probetraining machen oder gegen Bezahlung einen Einzeleintritt lösen, um das Studio kennenzulernen. Leider ist das nur über eine eher umständliche Online-Registrierung und eine zusätzliche App möglich. Ein spontaner Besuch vor Ort ist nicht vorgesehen, was ich als wenig kundenfreundlich empfinde – besonders für Interessierte, die sich vor einem Abo persönlich ein Bild machen möchten. Hier wäre aus meiner Sicht etwas mehr Flexibilität wünschenswert.

Expérience fantastique: I went to see how it was and I ended up subscribed for a year, really spacious, good and modern equipment, multiples smith machines, multiple racks, plenty of dumbbells, two leg extension machines and much more. Even if there is plenty of people you have free machines and can work out without getting stressed. The price is also really good for everything they offer

Expérience fantastique: Ich hatte am Freitag die Gelegenheit im PureGym in Basel/Markthalle zu trainieren. Es ist ein sehr geiles Studio, sehr sauber und aufgeräumt mit sehr aufmerksamem Personal. Ich konnte meinen Leg Day optimal durchziehen und hab mir danach noch ein paar Supps aus dem umfangreichen Angebot gezogen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!!!

Expérience fantastique: Trainiere im Puregym Markthalle seit juni 2024 und habe bis jetzt keine Macken bemerkt. Die Geräte sind Top das Chalestenics Abteil ist top mit jeglicher Ausstattungen (Gornation Bars, Bänder, Gewichte, Matten.) Die Community vom Puregym ist auch allgemein sehr offen und mit dem Personal kann man auch mal hier und da ein Witz austauschen. Zwischen 17-20 uhr sind die meisten Leute im gym, die restliche Zeit einigermassen ruhiger.

Expérience fantastique: (STUDIO) Das Fitnessstudio PureGym in der Markthalle ist ein wunderbares Fitnessstudio, für mich persöhnlich eines der besten Studios in Basel. Im Preisleistungsverhältniss unschlagbar, sehr sauber man hat genug Platz und viel Luft dank der hohen Decken von über 6Metern und einer mehr als grosszügigen Lüfung. Das Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Technogym Maschinen, diese sind in zusammenarbeit mit Wissenschaftlern konzepiert und sind auf der ganzen Welt zu finden, sei es im Spitzensport wie auch in der Physio und Reha. (TEAM) Der Clubmanager Patrick ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, er verfügt über eine grosse Berufserfahrung und fundierten Fachkentnissen. Désiree die Stellvertretende Clubmanagerin ist ebenfalls eine äusserst engagierte und freundliche Person, Sie besitzt ebenfalls fundierte Fachentnisse und langjährige Berufserfahrung. Désirée und Patrick sind beide hervorragende und beliebte Führungskräfte, ich persöhnlich arbeite seit 2008 in der Fitnessbranche und seit März 2024 bei der PureGym AG und und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Arbeitgeber und kann Ihnen mit guten Gewissen dass PureGym Studio in der Markthalle Basel empfehlen. .

Expérience positive: Generally a bit grubby. Stains on the floor and equipment. Can get crowded with bodies and equipment strewn over the floor. Ventilation not good and some of the guys really need a shower. There was someone smoking in the changing room last time I was there. Quite poor gym etiquette. The occupancy level on the app is a joke. I've never seen it so full but the occupancy level was only 10%.

Expérience fantastique: Spent a great couple of hours working out in this excellent PureGym. Nice and clean, music not too loud, but enough to cover background noises. Plenty of space and equipment form CV work through to free weights and Alternative Functional Equipment. Even around lunchtime there was plenty of space and never had to wait for machines to be free. Great place!

Expérience positive: 11% full. Bodies all over. Couldn't use the equipment I wanted.

Expérience négative: Sehr Arogante und Frechen mitarbaiter. Es gab Heute dort ein Polizeieinsatz. Meinem Abo 2 mal bezahlt. Den junge Dame beim Pult spricht kein Deutsch. Antwortet nicht aufs Fragestellung. Weder den Karte oder den Händy App Funktioniert mit dem Pincode. 1 Abogebühr mindrstens 95 Franken dafür sollte nun 70 Franken vergütet bekommen. Den Gym ist sehr Dreckig Bilder in der Anhang. Vorallem ins Damentoilette. Stunk und soeben den redewese auch unter Niveau. Warte seit mehreren Woche aufs einen kleineren Korrektion Gutschein oder soeben einen Email. Erhalte Heute Hausverbot da klar den aufgespritzten Lippen ( sehr schlecht ) Dame Mittelfinger nach etwa 20 minuten bla bla bla bekommen. Empfiele den Leute bestimmt Anzaige zum Erstatten oder den Intelligenter Geschäftsleitung anrufen. Puregym sollte besser aussuchen den Personal und den Sauberkeit. Ein Dame welcher Blutigen Reste Tamponen und Fekalien verlässt ins öffentlicher Toilette und den Personal welcher den Putfrau nicht unterstürzt einfach ein Kaos. Den Dame vermuetlich stark aufs Tablette. Hoffe bereits den Polizei alles geklärt sie hat gemeint 3. mal sollte ich einzahlen den 95 Franken dann kriege zugang zu den Automaten. Echt Lustig. Den Gäste sind aber voll okey Freundlich. ( männlich ) Sorry intimbilder lieber nicht. Erlebt euch es beim Puregym Biel. Ganzes Stress eigentlich dort ausgebrochen. Ich empfiele den Studio keiner Fall! Nur Stress. Solarien dreckig Proteine ( sehr oft mit Bankkarte gekauft ) etwa nun schlecht. Den Irrationalen Drohungen sind einfach übel. Nackte Frauen ins Slip und BH ( voll orange haut fast alle eigentlich aber tangas trägen ! ) Optisch und geruch aus echte Katastrophe. Duschkabine riecht nach Fekalien. Öfter dachte vielleicht pinkeln der dorthin. Nichts zum Ungut Puregym Toi Toi

Sie sorgen wirklich dafür, dass sich jeder willkommen und wohl fühlt. Die Atmosphäre ist freundlich und motivierend, und die Einrichtungen sind topmodern und gut gepflegt. Expérience négative: Honestly, this is a s@#$t product. I have never ever seen a gym that charges 900 francs a year and sends you to get water from the sink next to the toilet. The gym is extremely over crowded almost all the time and there is zero service by the 2 20 year old at the front desk who constantly just hang out with their friends who're training. It's a gym for all the teenagers in Basel plus a few bodybuilders making the place "cool". Really really low quality gym. You can find other gyms in Basel that charge less, where you have a sauna, unlimited drink refills and a spacious and clear training area with professional staff who actually greet you by name walking on the gym.

Man erhält UNGEFRAGT eine Rechnung für die Bearbeitungsgebühr von 50.-- und gleich nach einer Woche eine Mahnung für 10.--! Nach 10 Jahren Mitgliedschaft einfach enttäuschend!

Leider trüben administrative Probleme und der Kundenservice meinen Gesamteindruck. Trotz ausreichender Deckung kam es wiederholt zu Problemen mit der Zahlung meiner Beiträge. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir empfohlen, meine Kreditkarteninformationen stets neu einzugeben – eine unbefriedigende Lösung. Kürzlich erreichte mein Unmut einen Höhepunkt: Meine Karte wurde beim Eingang gesperrt und trotz Betätigung des Rufknopfs erschien lange niemand am Empfang. Die später eintreffende Mitarbeiterin wirkte gestresst und wenig hilfsbereit. Ein Kollege schlug zwar vor, das IT-Team zu informieren, dies wurde jedoch abgelehnt. Eine Anfrage nach dem Manager wurde mit der Übergabe einer allgemeinen E-Mail-Adresse des Studios beantwortet. Trotz der ausgezeichneten Trainingsbedingungen ist der Umgang mit Problemen und in der Kommunikation, stark verbesserungswürdig.

Expérience négative: One star is for the staff. Employees are friendly but it is not enough for a gym to be preferred. Total disappointment in all aspects. - ALWAYS crowded, even after lunch time. ALWAYS. After 1500, changing room is getting overcrowded that you can't find any bench to sit and change your clothes. - Equipment is spread around the gym. While you are working out legs, you need to go to other corner of the gym for another equipment. - Yoga mats, yoga rolls, resistance bands, etc are all over the gym. You need to search them in every corner of the gym. - Majority of the gym members (referring to Markthalle) are coming there for show-off and flirting. You have to wait for almost every machine or equipment, because douchebags are camping on them and living with them. - There are just three shower cabins for that huge crowd. - People are not cleaning the equipments they used and training with their socks, without shoes. You can find better and less crowded gyms around the SBB with paying little bit more monthly fee.

Expérience positive: Erst heissts Eröffnung am 1.1.20, dann am 6.1.20 und jetzt am 17.1.20, wie man erfährt, wenn man vorm Eingang steht ... Es gibt keinen aktuellen Link mit dieser Information. Bei Google wird das Studio als "geöffnet" angezeigt.

Expérience positive: Positive: -Staff is partly helpful and friendly(will get to it in details below) -Maschine, Equipments, Workout Space is much better and cleaner compared to the gyms in Zurich -If you avoid peak hours the gym is usually less crowded. -love the opening hours during the public holidays as most of the gyms are closed in Switzerland, Puregym is always open and that’s just perfect for a disciplined workout routine. Negative: -there are a couple of douchebags who are BLOCKING the machines for a very lonnnnng time and then chatting and exchanging conversations while standing/blocking the machine , then use the machine for mere 2 mins , place their towel on the machine and then disappear to the other end of the gym to a different machine for their „supersets“ which is quite funny as when u approach them they feel very „disturbed“ and try to act extra smart with you. -The staff here , being friendly would rather just chat around with the „usual“ gym members, instead of keeping a good overview of these area especially looking out for people blocking the machines for their „superset“ which isn’t even helping them getting any more „swollen“ and should rather spend all that time in efficient cardio workout instead of blocking Maschine to have a deep conversations and disrespecting people‘s time and space . -also skinny-lean or any body type should be able to use the Maschine they paid for instead of the machine being blocked for almost an hour for „your supersets“ just because it’s the only chance for you to assert your dominance and be „uncool“ . That’s such a turn-off .
