Expérience fantastique: René ist ein genialer Trainer und super Mensch. Er hat ein extrem breites Wissen, nicht nur was den Kampfsport anbelangt, sondern auch bezüglich des Körpers und der Gesundheit im allgemeinen. Mein Söhne trainieren ehrgeizig bei ihm. Es ist ein super sympathisches Umfeld mit vielen jungen motivierten Athleten und Trainer, welche einen sehr respektvollen Umgang pflegen. Ich selbst gönne mir das harte aber geniale Personal-Training bei René.

Expérience fantastique: Today I was at the mmac (modern martial arts center) in Bülach because our kids had a child kidnapping prevention and awareness workshop. The location is very nicely and well equipped with gym, martial arts and boot camp tools. The coach is very friendly, professional and experienced in what he is educating during the workshop. Apparently on Tuesdays and Saturdays there is a boot camp session, too. Great place to work out and to expand knowledge on various martial arts fighting techniques, for young and old.
