Die Trainer sind sehr erfahren, haben ein tolles Mindset und es ist eine tolle BJJ Gemeinschaft hier- man hat in jedem Training Spass und lacht gemeinsam. Als Frau habe ich mich hier super wohgefühlt, da es viele andere tolle Frauen gibt und auch ein gemeinsames Training mit den Männern nie unangenehm war. :)

Expérience fantastique: Ich bin hier beim Open mat gewesen und konnte Vieles mitnehmen, die Menschen dort sind sehr freundlich und angenehm es herscht eine respektvolle atmosphäre. Technisch ist es eins von den Besten Gyms in denen ich gewesen bin. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen der Brazilien Jiu jutsu Lernen möchte und Technisch gut werden will.

Expérience fantastique: I came to Zurich a 2-3 years ago and immediate I looked for a BJJ academy. After trying a few places, I was super disappointed of the culture :/ recently I noticed HOGA which (I believe) is a relatively new place. I did a trial week and loved it. Alvaro and Bilal are really friendly and good professors. The culture they foster is what is of phenomenal value to me personally. The training, the happy faces, the people, the music. No bad vibes. No ridiculous rules. I am very grateful for their effort to have found this place. I can highly recommend it and wish they manage to preserve this culture as the academy inevitable grows.

Expérience fantastique: Super Gym mitten in Zürich. Trainiere jetzt bald ein Jahr hier. Sehr nette Besitzer und geniale Trainer. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Perfekt für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene. Morgenklassen, Mittagsklassen und Abendklassen also keine Ausreden für ein Training.

Expérience fantastique: I came to HOGA as a guest and did one week free. My experience was excellent, Alvaro is a great teacher and was always in a positive mood. This gym does a lot of positional sparring and drilling which I liked a lot. They have a fundamentals class too where they rotate concepts every 3 months or so. Even if I was a guest I received a lot of personal attention which I didn't expect, incl a roll with the coach. At one session we had the 2 black belts (Bilal is the second one) helping at the same time even if the group was quite small, their purple belt assistant was very helpful too (sorry didn't catch your name but you helped a lot) so all in all it's a great environment to progress.

Heller und sauberer Trainingsraum mit angenehmer Atmosphäre, und dazu eine sehr gute Trainingseinheit. Es gab ein gutes Aufwärmprogramm mit anschließender Technikeinheit und am Ende ein paar Sparringrunden.Trainer Bilal war sehr nett und hat sich auch für mich als Trainingsgast Zeit genommen mir Techniken zu erklären Die Trainingsatmopshäre fande ich sehr respektvoll und angenehm !

Expérience fantastique: I have trained and competed with Bilal and have known Toto and a bunch of the students for a while now. They are some of the nicest and most humble guys around. Not only do they take their craft very seriously, constantly improving, but they also convey it in a way where every person, beginner or pro, man or woman, child to senior is respected and walks out of the gym with a great feeling and a few new tricks up their sleeves.
