Expérience fantastique: I like the studio because it's always open. Even on public holidays and today at Easter. The equipment is high quality and functional. The cool thing is that this studio not only offers reformer classes but also works with all types of equipment such as the Cadillac, Wunder chair and Spine correcter.

Expérience négative: Class was cancelled last minute. Very unprofessional and it’s a waste of time and money. ———— This owner called me back and harassed me. I feel so scared. I will never attend this studio. The class was at 10am and it was still confirmed the night before. I didn’t receive any notification that it was cancelled until I traveled all the way to the studio. Anyways, such a bad experience and I will not recommend this studio to anyone. I am very experienced in Pilates so according to the class info you do not have right to send me home :) otherwise you have false statement on your page.

Expérience fantastique: The studio offers great workouts with very passionate instructors, i can just reccomend to try! Sima - the owner - is a very competent and professional teacher that will guide you through each excercise patiently, making sure you are doing them correctly and adapting them to the clients' different needs.

The owner of the studio, Sima knows her job like no one else and will work with you patiently to reach your full potential. No matter how fit you are, how advanced in Pilates technique you are, what’s your body shape or body limitations, it’s a perfect place for you.

Ihr Matten- wie auch ihr Gerätetraining sind hocheffizient: Sie bringen körperliche Beschwerden (Rücken-, Nackenschmerzen etc.) zum Verschwinden, die Beweglichkeit nimmt zu und die Haut wird durch die Stärkung der Untermuskulatur merklich und nachhaltig straffer. Ich kann das Training jedem wärmstens empfehlen.
