Un studio magnifiquement décoré, un enseignement professionnel de très très haute qualité, tout cela dans une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale. Un vrai petit bijou dans la région! Bravo Karine et toute l équipe pour le super travail!

Expérience fantastique: Une superbe salle lumineuse avec appareils de dernière génération et surtout des super coachs ! Professionnels, bilingues et bienveillants. Quelque soit votre niveau ils s’adaptent et proposent différentes options. Après plusieurs années de pratique, je peux confirmer que le corps change en bien et rapidement…

Expérience fantastique: Très bonne ambiance et bon cours en anglais/français. Le materiel est en bon état et la salle propre. On ne s'ennuie jamais et découvrons toujours de nouveau mouvements et à utiliser les reformers et autres outils. Le niveau peut être adapté selon les conditions de chaque élève. Le petit plus, être entouré de prof passionnés!

Their caring commitment, experience and skill to expertly guide each person to get the best out of each session, regardless of level, is impressive. The environment is great too - floor to ceiling windows for perfect light and top notch equipment. An all round first class experience that even as a beginner (which I am) makes you feel stronger and fitter from the first session. Thank you to all the team at PlayPilates Nyon! Expérience fantastique: I have tried 4 different Pilates Studios due to change of country or cities. Play Pilates is by far the best one!! All the instructors are very well trained and aware of the smallest details for an absolutely correct body posture, they are correcting the participants even if in a group so as to avoid injuries. No doubt since Karine, the owner, has very high standards. The excercises are quite challenging, fact that I love as it pushes me to reach higher limits and building more strength. My review wouldn’t be complete if I wouldn’t speak about the studio and the ambiance. The studio is super clean and equiped with wooden machines making it cosy, welcoming and sustainable. As for the ambiance, it is excellent with an amazing energy , we are having fun, even laughing while exercising!!! I am always looking forward to go for a class! A must visit, must try Pilates Studio!

Expérience fantastique: Bravo à Karine et à toute l'équipe du studio Playpilates! Les cours sont très efficaces et l'ambiance amicale et chaleureuse. Les plannings de cours collectifs permettent de s'inscrire dans la semaine selon les disponibilités pour un programme à la carte selon notre forme et nos envies! Si je pouvais je commencerais chaque journée par une séance de Pilates au studio, c'est la promesse de quelques courbatures certes, mais surtout d'une bonne dose d'énergie positive et de bonne humeur!

Expérience fantastique: I always enjoy my sessions here at Play Pilates. Karine, Melania and Birgit are all very experienced and have deep knowledge and passion for what they do. Group class sizes are not too big and each person is always given sufficient attention, and hence each of us are always working out effectively and getting the most out of each exercise on the apparatus. Speaking of apparatus, I love it that things are always spiced up a little and we get to try out different apparatus. The studio is also always bright and clean, and there is always an uplifting positive energy permeating the space! It's always a joy to attend class: a really great way to start my day or introduce a mid-day break! Also, I barely understand French, but it's never been an issue. All 3 instructors seamlessly shift between French and English without missing a beat and I couldn't be more grateful and happy that my lack of good French hasn't stopped me from getting a good and satisfying workout session each time.

Expérience fantastique: Que du positif pour ce studio ! J’avais déjà fait du Pilates dans d’autres studios dédiés à cette discipline, et je n’avais jamais eu ce niveau d’encadrement. Je suis des cours avec Karine et Melania : l’une comme l’autre corrigent les postures et adaptent les exercices à chaque élève, tenant compte des « blocages » ou contraintes de chacun. Un grand professionnalisme, beaucoup de rigueur, un travail en profondeur… le tout avec une superbe dose d’énergie, de bonne humeur et de bienveillance. En plus, les locaux sont très chaleureux, décorés avec soin, tout est bien pensé, avec un équipement de qualité et une offre complète d’appareils de Pilates. Tout ce qu’il faut pour donner envie de venir (très) régulièrement !

Expérience fantastique: Karine et Melania sont très professionnelles et passionnées. Les cours sont toujours variés et enseigné avec joie et rigueur. Depuis que j'a commencé il y a environ 6 mois mes douleurs au dos ont disparu. Je peux que recommander ce studio, un endroit lumineux et chaleureux.

Expérience fantastique: I love both the Classical Reformer, Chairs & and Mat classes offered at Play Pilates. The teachers are super knowledgeable. Their expertise makes it possible for them to advise any client modifications appropriate to their ability. I have been going to Play Pilates for 10 years now: My core and back are so much stronger. Of course seeing great results brings me back all the time but also that feeling that I am part of a beautiful community is also priceless.

Karine, une professionnelle très expérimentée et passionnée, partage généreusement et avec beaucoup d'attention et de gentillesse ses connaissances, dans un studio lumineux et au calme. Je n'y connaissais rien mais elle a su me guider pour une prise de conscience en douceur du potentiel de cette méthode pour renforcer la musculature de mon corps.

Expérience fantastique: I started Pilates during lockdown because I couldn't do the other sports I used to do on a regular basis. I had no expectations, and even if the teachers were particularly nice and rigorous, I had no intention of continuing once the restrictions were lifted. However, after three months of twice-weekly Pilates, I no longer had back pain. At the end of the session, I was able to run and play tennis without experiencing any lower back pain. This was the first time in 15 years that something like this had happened to me! As a result, I continued with classes at the studio for essential muscle strengthening in order to enjoy my other sports activities more. The improvements in my skiing and swimming abilities have been dramatic. Pilates has become an essential complement to my daily balance, and I am surprised that it is not yet offered as a supplement to sports clubs' activities. Karine and her team are extremely friendly and professional, and the studio is beautiful and bright.

Expérience fantastique: Karine at Play Pilates is a fantastic instructor - precise, careful, inspiring. As a hard working male, the reason I do Pilates is that it’s the most efficient way of staying in shape, keeping strong and flexible, and avoiding injuries. Once a week Pilates beats twice a week in the gym.

Expérience fantastique: Karin is a powerhouse of support and encouragement for her students to build and maintain a strong body through her love and commitment to pilates. Just the smallest tweak brings impact to our practice and Karine is there every step of the way, attentive, caring, and often times funny as hell to get her point across! Now in a brand new location with lots of light, easy access, Karine had made sure there is a class for everyone - my new fav 7:15 am!

Expérience fantastique: Because of a very bad back situation, I was looking for Pilates classes until my physio recommended PlayPilates - and I couldn't be more grateful to her! The first time I went to Karine, I looked more like the leaning tower of Pisa so due to this and my lack of experience in Pilates, we decided to start with 1to1 classes. She really personalized the exercises to solve my issues and very quickly I was out of pain and straight again! After just 5 1to1 classes, I now started group ones which I'm enjoying very much! Karine is extremely empathic, fun, professional and experienced! I hiighly recommend and looking forward to meeting the other trainers which I'm sure are great too!

Expérience fantastique: I tried 3 pilates studios in the area, but in my disappointment, they were either Yoga fusion, more like Fitness workout, not challenging enough, or no detailed instructions. So when I finally found Playpilates, I was really glad! Karine is very professional with years of teaching experience and deep knowledge of a human body, she can explain the exercises in a way anyone can understand and follow. There are only 4 persons in a class, and the class will be both English and French. Even though all of 4 persons are moving simultaneously, I'm always impressed with how Karine understands each person's movement and individual needs. She pays equal attention and gives each of us a tailored guidance. Not only I feel like I'm becoming longer and stronger, I am more pain-free. I often get shoulder and back pain, but with one class, it'd usually all disappear. I highly recommend this Pilates studio.

Chez Playpilates, j'ai trouvé un studio parfaitement équipé avec des enseignantes hautement qualifiées ayant une longue expérience dans le domaine de la méthode Pilates. Expérience fantastique: Coming in with postural and back issues, I am very much helped by the way the exercises focus on control and quality of execution. The challenges are built in gradually so that progression remains possible. I would definitely recommend this studio.

Expérience fantastique: The teachers are very well trained. You get an excellent workout and enjoy the experience. Even during the Covid, they were offering on line Zoom classes so we could all stay in shape. I recommend the studio to all levels of clients.

Expérience fantastique: Play Pilates offers the best Pilates experience I’ve ever had. Karine and her team are very knowledgeable, classes are in private or in small group so we get a really close attention and great posture corrections. Classes are like a Pilates “circuit”, going from the reformer to the mat to the tower or the chair. We really work all our body parts and we never get bored. Cues are precise and straight to the point. Classes are delivered in French and English. I strongly recommend Play Pilates.
