Expérience fantastique: Ivana est une excellente prof de pilates, les exercices sont adaptés aux besoins et capacités et on sent qu'on progresse vraiment au fil des semaines. On sent qu'elle sait parfaitement ce qu'elle fait et qu'on est entre de bonnes mains, mes douleurs dans le bas du dos sont parties. Les entraînements sont mesurés et on n'en ressort pas lessivé ou courbaturé à outrance. Elle donne des cours en anglais et en allemand.

It turned out to be effective and also very fun training. 2 months after I felt much better and progressed in my workouts too!
