Expérience fantastique: Mila is an excellent Pilates instructor. In addition to Pilates, she incorporates ELDOA and FRC exercises, which are fantastic for improving posture. I’ve been taking lessons with Mila for several years, and I’ve experienced less back pain and noticeable improvements in my posture. I highly recommend her classes.
Expérience fantastique: We would like to express our deep appreciation for Mila's dedication and expertise as a Pilates instructor. In addition to her excellent Pilates classes, she enriches our sessions with other approaches like Eldoa and FRC, allowing us (my wife and I) to discover new techniques to improve our well-being and relieve our minor tensions. Thank you for your commitment and for inspiring us to give our best in every class. It's a shame we discovered you so late, but even at over 50 years old, we benefit from your valuable advice and exercises, which give us hope for a more serene next 50 years—or at least, we hope so!

Expérience fantastique: I had concerns about online individual sessions myself but with Mila it was not an issue. On third lecture I had a feeling that the lesson was as a real one. I asked Mila to help me with my lower back pain. After initial evaluation she identified what was the cause of my problem and created a personal program for me. After two lessons, my back pain disappeared. And in case it is back I have a set of exercises to fix it by myself. Mila is very professional, has good sense for details, and always happy to answer any questions, even via emails between sessions.
Expérience fantastique: Mila takes Pilates to a new level Her intelligent and targeted classes have helped restore balance to my aging body for which I will be eternally grateful. The level of detail Mila is able to observe on-line keeps the sessions super valuable. It’s the one thing each week I never miss.
Expérience fantastique: Mila is a fantastic teacher. I'm really not a fan of the online medium for sports activities but she is really great. We had her teaching a group as a work sponsored activity for nearly 1.5 yrs, twice a week and it's been wonderful. I had never done Pilates before, and did not really know what it was before I started, but she taught us a lot over the time we had with her and every lesson was different. Not sure how she managed to bring in so much variety. Would 100% wholeheartedly recommend her if you're looking for a new pilates teacher.
Expérience fantastique: J'ai découvert les cours avec Mila et je ne peux plus m'en passer. C'est la première fois que je fais des cours où chacun de mes mouvements est corrigé. Cela a complètement changé ma pratique du sport. Mila est une personne à l'écoute, douce, patiente et extrêmement professionnelle. Elle fait également preuve de beaucoup de flexibilité et cela me permet de pratiquer du sport malgré un emploi du temps chargé et peu flexible. Je ne peux que recommander les cours de Pilates de Mila!
Expérience fantastique: I've been doing pilates with Mila for about a year now, and she is a phenomenal instructor; so patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I've seen significant improvement in my mobility (having an injured knee and wonky ankle) and more importantly, a great shift in my attitude towards movement! Our virtual pilates sessions are something to look forward to on a weekly basis Highly recommend Mila for anyone interested in pilates, especially for those recovering from injuries!
Expérience fantastique: I can’t recommend Pilates with Mila enough. She helped to strengthen my feet, legs and body as part of my marathon training plan. Thanks to her I made it to the start line feeling confident and strong, and my body is recovering well. Mila is quite simply the best!

Expérience fantastique: I spent long hours working at my desk, I started to experience back, shoulder, hip pain. With the ELDOA and pilates classes with Mila I was able to give the adequate care to my body. Pain reduced significantly. I appreciate the level of detail and care from Mila while delivering the classes!
Expérience fantastique: I have not yet visited her new studio, but she is by far the best trainer I had in pilates. She explains it very well and detailed to make sure you always have the right position. I never saw results on my body like I did with Mila.
Expérience fantastique: I have been cycling, running and swimming for many years, but I had never done Pilates before Mila's classes were recommended to me by friends and colleagues. I was amazed at how much Mila's classes improved my speed and strength in other sports. Mila explains what particular exercises are for, and (even over Zoom), tells me what little changes to technique will improve results. The stretching and strengthening is a perfect stress reliever after countless conference calls!

I am a mainly going to Pilates for general workout but I do have a few injuries that I have been rehabilitating. Very often instructors tend to treat long term injuries with same exercices, Mila has checked in continuously and adapted my ELDOAs and other workouts overtime
