Expérience fantastique: A magic place to practice Yoga! Astrid is an inspiring teacher who combines in each yoga lesson intense yoga practice with mindfulness. She indeed creates out of each lesson a new yoga experience, always well balanced in intensity and even after visiting her studio since 3 years, never boring and offering new body & mind challenges!

Expérience fantastique: I recently had a yoga lesson with Astrid, and it was an amazing experience. I had just completed a Cross Fit class at CF Minic and was looking for something to ease my sore muscles. Astrid was knowledgeable and helpful in providing a calming and relaxing atmosphere. She provided detailed instructions on the various poses and breathing exercises, and was also great at providing modifications for my level of fitness. She was also great at helping me focus on the mental aspects of yoga, such as mindfulness and relaxation. I left the class feeling relaxed and refreshed, and highly recommend Astrid’s yoga classes to anyone looking for a great way to balance out an active lifestyle. ♥️
