Expérience fantastique: I did a 2 day intensive course with Nandakumar for Surya kriya, and I really enjoyed it and learned a lot. The asanas are taught in a step by step manner, making it easy for us to follow. There is enough repetition to help correct our mistakes, and he patiently answers all our questions. He is himself trained from the Isha school of Yoga, and if you're looking to learn yoga the right way with the right breathing technique, his course is among the best available. His commitment to yoga is clearly visible in the ease with which he does the asanas. Overall, I highly recommend Nandakumar for learning Hatha yoga.
