Expérience fantastique: Easy to find, great location down by the lake. One bed apartment was clean, well stocked - everything worked. Staff were friendly and responsive. Met all of my needs for two night stay.

Expérience fantastique: Really good value, especially in a town that charges €8 for a baguette! Very clean rooms, very quiet and easy to access. Olga was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would recommend to everyone who doesn't want to pay the silly prices in central Lausanne!

Les chambres sont très confortables. Un supermarché à moins d'1km à pied. Une belle adresse pour une semaine de travail !

Expérience fantastique: Chambre propre et bien aménagée. Tout se fait dans réception durant le week-end mais par mail les responsables sont très réactifs puisque j’ai pu prolonger d’une nuit sans voir personne. Emplacement agréable sur le bord du lac. Parking à disposition.

Expérience fantastique: Tout était parfait. Je vous suggère d'installer une barre d'appui au mur pour sortir et rentrer dans la baignoire sans risque de tomber. Mieux fixer la porte coulissante de la salle de bain qui s'ouvre ou se referme toute seule.

Expérience positive: Monolocale non particolarmente spazioso ma funzionale, pulizia impeccabile e posizione tranquilla non troppo distante dal capolinea della metro. Comodissimo il parcheggio.

Expérience positive: The appart hotel well located near the lake and public transport. Unfortunately there the entire interior of the building can not be cooled down (no airconditioning) during high temperatures in summer. In our standard room the window can only be opened a little bit. This is by far not enough to cool down the room to the temperature outside the building and have fresh air. The bar and breakfast room were closed during out stay (4 days). We were not informed about that when we booked the appartment.

Expérience positive: I use this place whilst working in Lausanne. It’s in the perfect spot for me to hop on a bus to the IOC office. Alternatively, when the weather permits, right across is the Lake and a 20 min walk to work. The little kitchen area is great. As I don’t like eating out alone, I can cook simple meals in the room. Finally, a quick mention for the reception staff. I rarely see them as I’m out early and back late, but when I do they are super friendly and welcoming.

Expérience fantastique: The reception lady gets 5 stars plus, so welcoming, so efficient, so friendly. Extraordinary! We thank her very much, it renders the stay to great value. Safe & affordable parking in front of the building is also very noteworthy and convenient - so close to the city center. The rooms are very quiet.

Expérience positive: Overall a great option with the apart-hotel model. During our stay the internet wifi was not stable and when available very slow. There may be a problem with the configuration but on weekends there is no staff.

Expérience positive: Breakfast service was incredibly slow. Wi-Fi was well connecting, but had NO throughput ie was useless as it did not bring even messages or email headers!

Expérience positive: Very spartan accommodations, more like an Air B and B then a hotel. That being said it is a good place to stay if all you are looking for is a place to rest your head every night. It’s right on the bus line from the metro stop at Ouchy so it is super easy to get to. It is in a residential area so dont expect anything in the immediate vicinity. The cafe that was onsite had very weird hours so I would suggest that you self cater whatever you need. There is a Migros grocery store just a few hundred feet west of the metro station at Ouchy where you can buy whatever you want. There is also several restaurants, cafes and a nice bakery all in Ouchy all clustered around the metro station.

Expérience positive: I stayed here in the last week of Sept 2018. It is a good hotel, not many breakfast options but staff were happy to help and take specific orders. Rooms were good sizes,clean bathroom and kitchen. Cleaners came in almost everyday and replenished towels which other aparthotels don't do! Spa was relaxing and clean, good range of gym equipments However, our only issue was lack of staff. The safe in our room refused to open on one of the days and there was nobody at the front desk and no other staff in the building for over 5hours. A cleaner showed up and couldn't really offer much help and by the time the manager arrived, we had lost the whole day and she didn't really have a valid reason for leaving the premise unattended. I would stay again but probably won't use the safe or rely on staff for emergency.

Expérience positive: Hôtel confortable, très proche du lac, l’arrêt de bus est juste à coté. La petite cuisine est assez bien équipée, pour les plus prétentieux il manque un lave vaisselle. Le seul point moins fort et la qualité de la connexion internet. Sinon j’ai été très satisfaite avec l’organisation et de l’accueil. Je reviendrai surement!

Expérience fantastique: Résidence située à 50 m du lac et à proximité de plusieurs restaurants. Idéalement située entre l'université et le centre de la ville si vous venez en déplacement professionnel à l'université c'est idéal. Service et chambre impeccables. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Personnel très réactif et chaleureux, je recommande vivement !

Expérience positive: Séjour très agréable à deux pas du lac, hormis les oreillers horribles, de bien piètre qualité. Tout le reste était parfait, et nous recommandons le Café Lemi dans le même bâtiment pour les petits-déjeuners.

Expérience positive: J ai séjourné 7 jours dans cet établissement. Les points positifs: l accès avec le code donnant la clé ( arrivée tardive) La propreté de la chambre. L accès rapide par le bus au bord du lac et au centre ville La carte jointe à la réservation pour la gratuité des transports Lausannois. La gentillesse et le sourire de la personne à l accueil. Bonne literie. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, j ai regretté que le frigo soit si petit. Les points un peu moins sympas: Malgré ma chambre donnant de l autre côté de la route, cela reste bruyant( évidement je viens de la campagne alors le moindre bruit me perturbe la nuit!) Il faisait chaud et obligée de dormir la fenêtre ouverte( il y a un ventilateur mais trop bruyant)...il faut savoir que Lausanne est dans une démarche écologique et que vous ne trouverez pas facilement des endroits climatisés). Le restaurant était fermé..dommage pour les petits déjeuner ..mais comme je suis née ici c était assez facile pour moi d aller faire des courses ( magasin Migros à Ouchy) l arrêt de bus est à côté). Je voulais un hôtel proche du lac qui me permette de me faire des repas ( les restos sont cher) cela correspondait donc a ma recherche et je pense que je choisirais cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour.

Expérience fantastique: Stanza molto grande e pulita. Vi è una cucina dove si può preparare qualsiasi pietanza (ci sono in dotazione microonde, pentole, tutte le stoviglie, tostapane, macchina del caffè, lavandino, fornello, frigo e tutti i detersivi). Io ho soggiornato nel weekend di novembre 2022 e in camera c'era sempre il riscaldamento acceso (riscaldamento a pavimento regolabile). Il bagno e pulito con doccia e asciugacapelli ma non c'è il bidet. Hotel è dotato di ascensore ma più che hotel sarebbe appartamenti. Di sabato e domenica in reception non c'è nessuno. Buona qualità prezzo. Parcheggio comodo davanti all'ingresso. Bus comodo. E comodo anche la posizione della struttura. Animali ammessi.

Expérience positive: El apartahotel está situado cerca del lago Leman a unos 5 min a pie con zona de paseos y baño. Aunque hay mucho ruido por una carretera muy transitada. Hacia calor, más de 30° C y no hay A/C únicamente un ventilador. En la recepción solamente están por la mañana y son poco amables y amigables. El desayuno es otro problema ya que no hay posibilidad, únicamente se puede contratar un desayuno el día anterior, que lo dan en una bolsa, en el restaurante contiguo aunque esté cierra por la mañana.

Expérience positive: Hôtel très bien situé à 2min à pied du lac, accès facile en voiture avec un parking privé à disposition. Arrêt de bus juste devant l'hôtel avec une bonne fréquence pour Ouchy et le centre-ville. Les transports en commun sont gratuits avec la réservation de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont simples avec tout le nécessaire de cuisine. Literie un peu dure. Salle de sport, sauna et hammam dans l'hôtel. Attention il ne faut pas avoir peur d'être autonome (check-in et check-out sans personnels mais très simple). Très bon hôtel pour passer un petit week-end à Lausanne.

Expérience positive: Bella sistemazione in una zona tranquilla si Losanna, di facile accesso e vicino allusita della autostrada. Si arriva a piedi dopo una discreta paesaggista fino al porto di Ouchy. Camere ben arredate con tutto quello che serve, buoni letti, servizi senza sistemati. Ristorante ben fornito per la colazione, offre anche pranzo e cena. A disposizione parcheggi privati a pagamento. Personale gentile ed efficiente.

Expérience fantastique: Quel plaisir de séjourner dans cet Hôtel, moderne, très bien situé, proche des autoroutes, en face du lac, arrêt de bus devant l’hôtel. Nous avions une carte de transport en commun offerte pour le séjour, ce qui nous a permis de visiter Lausanne en bus. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour, 4 jours, 3 nuits dans ce joli « appart hôtel » chambre spacieuse, propre, moderne, très confortable, salle de bain fonctionnelle. Un petit plus, coin cuisine, machine à café Nespresso, le top….. et un balcon qui donne sur la route, mais la circulation n’était pas gênante, les fenêtres fermées on entend plus rien. Excellent petit déjeuner avec du choix et de bons produits « fait maison ». C’est délicieux. Le repas de midi vaut absolument le détour, produits frais, très belle présentation, je me suis régalée.... Merci à Susan, à la maman, au cuisinier et à l'ensemble du personnel, vous êtes tous très gentils, sympathiques, serviables. Je le recommande sans hésiter à tout le monde et nous reviendrons.

Expérience négative: So it's yet another irresponsible "hotel" runner. The check-in time is quite limited and you need to get a password from them if the front desk is closed. It's not unusual if it's an apartment/airbnb. That said, the host never answer my mail after I paid the bill. When I ask questions in person, it looks like I owe them thousands of dollars. What's more, the wifi connection in my room is a joke. The shampoo looks cheap. Would recommend prepare your own. Outlets are few.

Expérience négative: Nous avons eu la désagréable occasion d'avoir affaire aux équipes de 46a appart hôtel. Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits un logement, qui n'était en aucun point conforme à celui proposé une première fois. Après des intéractions compliquées avec les équipes (qui ne semblent ni parler un français correct ni daigner faire le moindre effort pour ne pas être désagréable), on nous a proposé un deuxième logement, toujours loin d'être conforme avec la réservation. Soit, le manque de professionnalisme est courant, toutefois après demande de remboursement (sur fond d'interaction compliquée avec les équipes a moitié présentes et pas vraiment anglophones ni francophones), on nous a indiqué que nous avions utilisé les chambres, dont nous avions simplement fait le tour et que nous n'aurons qu'un remboursement partiel. En résumé : malhonnêteté, professionalisme disons relatif, et service de très petite qualité. Quel que soit le prix, il s'agit d'un établissement à éviter.

Expérience négative: The truth is that I wouldn't come back. The customer service leaves much to be desired, the first day we asked if you could call us a taxi, and I did not even know how to do it. There is only one girl from 8 to 15h and then forget about it. There is no kitchen paper, no napkins, they give you 2 capsules of coffee a day, although you are 4 in the room, and they did not warn us that there is no cafeteria service, nor breakfast because of the COVID they closed it. It's not worth it

Expérience négative: Der Lausanne Marathon wurde vergangenen Donnerstag wegen den verschärften Covid Massnahmen im Kanton Waadt abgesagt. Deshalb habe ich das Hotel wegen einer vergünstigten Stornierung angefragt. Geht nicht. Schade, dass in diesen schwierigen Zeiten nicht ein bisschen flexibler ist, z.B. hätte man die Übernachtung ja auch verschieben können? Nun muss Ich die Übernachtung bezahlen, obwohl ich nicht anreisen kann. Eine richtig blöde Sache für mich, zum einen bin ich natürlich über die Marathon Absage entäuscht und nun auch noch das mit dem Hotel!

Expérience négative: Location is good, it's close to the lake. We booked double room we got twin. Breakfast is included but it's practically a non existing thing so DO NOT expect proper breakfast. Room is OK for a short stay, it's overall overpriced for the quality of service.

Expérience positive: We stayed here for one night and it was overall a good experience. Studio (with kitchen) was large and clean, staff very helpful and friendly, good breakfast. Parking is available for 15 CHF per day. It is NOT very close to the old town, but by car or public transport it can be reached quite easily.
