Expérience fantastique: I am lucky enough to have experienced outdoor yoga guided by Martin already twice. Once on a summer morning in the park. Which was beautiful. The after yoga fruits and tea and talks were energizing as well. Martin guided us through some asanas that were new to me. Loved them. the second experience was full-moon yoga. Wow. Full moon yoga on the rooftop ! It was a magical experience. And my body felt stretched and energetic since then. Thank you! Martin created the perfect space. Using special full moon flow, perfect music, magical water, candles. Looking forward to come again.
