Expérience fantastique: Fantastic spinning studio with great coaches and a friendly atmosphere. The classes are not intimidating and you can work at your owl level while still challenging yourself. Options to spin near the lake in summer which is fun!

Expérience fantastique: Updated review : when I first came to spinbox I found the spin class fun, but I didn’t feel fit or confident enough to pursue the classes, so I put it aside and joined to use the gym occasionally. In June I decided to give it another try along side the group workouts once a week, and I was amazed at how fast I made progress. By the third class, I was strong enough to do the jumps and standing parts of the lesson (where I’d previously not been capable). The saddle no longer hurt, I could follow the whole class, and my body and mind felt good after a session. The atmosphere is great; other members will cheer you on, but if you need a little break and to take it easy during a class, there isn’t that pressure or fear of judgment. I wish I’d tried it again sooner! Just a little message for people who like me, found it fun but a bit hard at first, it’s worth giving a go :) Old review : Friendly coaches and great atmosphere.

Expérience fantastique: Michelle a une énergie incroyable et arrive à nous motiver à chaque fois ! Moi qui n’aimais pas le vélo au départ, j’ai découvert un groupe soudé et motivant qui m’a aidé à prendre confiance en moi et m’a fait aimer cette activité ! Je ne peux que recommander !

Expérience fantastique: J’ai découvert Spinbox il y a quelques mois et je suis ravie de m’être inscrite ! Je ne suis pas sportive du tout mais Michelle la coach me motive et m’encourage tellement pendant le cours que c’est un plaisir d’y aller! Les progrès sont visibles rapidement et ça c’est top! Venez essayer et le 1er cours est gratuit !

Expérience fantastique: Salle de sport au top ! Propose spinning et workout. Super coach à l'écoute, motivante, investie :) J'ai fait beaucoup de progrès en à peine 2 mois en me faisant un plaisir de venir à chaque séance. Je recommande mille fois !!
