Also, the 1 to 1 stretching routine I can totally recommend if you wish to make some progress in your flexibility.

Es war sehr streng, habe literweise geschwitzt, aber es hat Spass gemacht :D Toll war, dass er auf meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen ist und ein Training zusammengestellt hat, welches ich auch Zuhause mit einfachen Hilfsmitteln ausführen kann. Besonders gut gefiel mir ausserdem das Stretching am Schluss!
