Expérience positive: Was apprehensive initially whether to book this hotel or not. Glad that we stayed here. The staff is very prompt to reply to queries Was pleased to see that the deco of the room is so much nicer as compared to the pictures in the website. The reindeer horn wall lamp and horn clothes hanger are a nice touch to the overall deco of the room. The bed and comforter are comfy but saw a strand of hair on the comforter:( The toilet is nice. Lift is very small but no issue, just take turns to use it if transporting luggages. Sicherheit: Safe and quiet environment. There is a microwave oven at the lobby for guests. Kettle, coffee, tea and toiletries are provided.

Expérience fantastique: Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, was aber von der Lautstärke her absolut nicht zu vermuten ist. Es ist sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat sich für uns Zeit genommen und all meine Fragen beantwortet. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat, dass unsere Zimmertüre nicht richtig zu verschließen bzw. aufschließen ging. Man musste etwas Druck ausüben. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir waren zu dritt mit Hund Fußläufigkeit: Man ist schnell im Zentrum (ca 10min zu Fuß) und kann dort super gut essen oder auch shoppen. auch ein Supermarkt ist in der nähe (ca 5min zu Fuß)

Expérience positive: Whoever is above, I wish you were not. For the last 2 nights, you sounded like your kids were jumping on and off chairs. No one at the front desk to ask you to get the kids to settle down. You spoilt our stay When we arrived, there were no smiles at the front desk. Our double bed was 2 singles. We left our accommodation early because we got an email stating we hadn't filled in necessary paperwork and it was needed before our stay. The only thing we needed to fill in was a declaration that we would not smoke. Great, our checkout at the Renaissance was 12 o'clock, we left early to get the paperwork sorted. couldn't get into this hotel until 3. The email said attachment broken. They didn't care. They did let us leave our suitcases in their lobby. Breakfast was nice and our stay would have been fine except for those above us. Zimmer: Room was nice when you got over the shock of red. The refrigerator wasn't on and didn't get very cold at all. Fußläufigkeit: Easy 5 minute walk to shops

Expérience positive: The hotel is quite nice, and the location is just a short 10-minute walk from the old town, in a very calm area. So, in this regard, it's quite good for the price. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, and breakfast was okay, although there weren't many sweet options available. Reception staff was a bit unfriendly, whilst service staff was very nice. Having said that, I would probably look for a different hotel next time I am in Zurich for two reasons: firstly, there is no luggage room, so you have to leave your luggage in an open space next to the reception and also the bags are not tagged with the room number. This is hardly an appropriate way to handle luggage storage, in my opinion. Secondly - which is the real deal-breaker for me - the mattress was extremely soft; I felt like I was being swallowed by it. So, if you're used to sleeping on a firm mattress, in my experience you might have problems sleeping comfortably.

Expérience positive: This is an ok hotel. The location is not the best, but it's pretty close to a tram/bus station and about 25 minutes walk to the river. The rooms are nice, I liked the decor and the bed is pretty comfortable. 2 things I didn't like: + We arrived at 2:20pm and they told us we could check in early for a price, which meant the room was ready. We didn't pay it on principle -- if the room is ready then most hotels would let you check in right away. + The room is pretty loud in the morning. We were woken up by sounds of doors opening and closing, street noise, etc. It's not really cheap (we paid 180usd per night), but I guess on the cheaper side for other things in Zurich.

Expérience fantastique: Excellent arrangements in the rooms as well as the restaurant! The Columbian Lady at the restaurant was courteous as well as efficient! Would certainly recommend this place - they guided as very well how to visit the Rhinefall - a combination of Tram and Trains!!

Expérience fantastique: My family had a WONDERFUL experience at Hotel Swiss Night this December! A must-stay place in our opinion! The hotel is quaint and charming, the room and bathroom were very clean and ours was spacious, and the location was close to a tram stop and the old town. We had a fridge in our room too. We did not take advantage of the breakfast or fitness center so can’t comment on those. The heat and wifi worked well and we even cracked the windows at night. Very cozy stay. Aktivitäten in der Nähe: We went to the Lindt Home of Chocolate, Thermalbad & Spa Zurich, Grossmünster church, Christmas markets, and Fribourger Fondue Stubli

Expérience fantastique: Beautiful hotel - the rooms are small but very clean and have everything you need. Check in was easy and the staff member was very friendly and helpful. The room was very well insulated for noise, and the automatic skylight was a nice touch.

Expérience positive: Mein Aufenthalt hier zwar bereits eine Weile her... Für Zürich ganz ok. Wenn mans mag, auch ganz speziell gelegen. Reception sprach fast kein Deutsch und gab immer widerwillig Auskunft - nicht professionell genug. Preise und Zimmer sind angemessen.

Preise sehr unterschiedlich, je nach Saison können sie sehr hoch bis relativ günstig sein. Rezeption nicht immer besetzt. Fußläufigkeit: Das Kunsthaus ist sehr nahe, auch die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar

Expérience positive: Das Hotel scheint sehr neu renoviert oder umgestaltet worden sein. Das Design ist auf "Swissness" getrimmt. Das hat mich jetzt nicht dermassen angesprochen. Ist aber trotzdem dezent gehalten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Einrichtung in meinem Zimmer war neuwertig und praktisch. Der Service ist freundlich. Der Preis ist für Zürich und die gute Lage gut. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Und man braucht keinen Adapter wenn man aus Deutschland kommt^^ Die Steckdosen kann man auch so benutzen Das Frühstück hat uns auch gut gefallen... Für jeden etwas dabei. (z.B heiße Getränke, Säfte, kleine Brötchen, Brot, Rührei, Eier zum Selberkochen, Aufschnitt, Käse, Nutella, Marmelade, Muffins, Obst, etc.) Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und bei dem heißem Wetter (+36°) vor allem durch die Klimaanlage gut erträglich.<3

Expérience positive: Das Zimmer & Bad & allgemein die räumliche Gestaltung waren echt schön & alt-neu/modern & die Decke mit den Mustern die glaub ich aus Holz geschnitzt als Deckenleuchte verwendet wurde war atemberaubend mit schwachem Licht beim schlafen. Doch manche tisch Lampen funktionierten nicht in unserem Zimmer & die stand-klimaanlage war dezent laut. Aber sonst hat alles gepasst.

Expérience fantastique: Ansprechendes Hotel, sehr zentrale Lage zur Innenstadt, schönes Ambiente, die Parkgebühren sind für Züricher Verhältnisse günstig, saubere und neu ausgestattete Zimmer, bequeme Betten, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, kleines Manko: der Schrank ist für einen Kurzurlaub zwar ausreichend, für einen längeren Aufenthalt allerdings eher zu klein.

Expérience fantastique: Приятный отель в 5-10 минутах ходьбы от центра. Номера чистые светлые. Нам достался на 5 этаже - был прекрасный вид из окон. Не понравились подушки - Очень мягкие и на утро болела шея. Завтрак не предлагает множество блюд, но качество самих продуктов, колбас и напитков на высоком уровне. Рекомендую. Рядом с гостиницей расположен детский садик, поэтому в будни дни шумновато, но это не сильно раздражает. Итог - отель рекомендую к проживанию!

Expérience positive: Hôtel bien placé à 10mn à pied du centre. Possède un parking ce qui est pratique quand on est en voiture. Chambre propre et refet neuf. Hélas, chauffage de la chambre archaïque, une simple soufflerie qui souffle à peine de l'air chaud quand dehors il fait -2 et en plus très bruyante. Incompréhensible de nos jours...

Expérience fantastique: A causa di problemi di coincidenze aeree, una spiacevole sosta forzata a Zurigo é diventata invece una pausa di tranquillità ed una bella occasione per visitare la città, grazie ai servizi e posizione di questo piccolo confortevole Hotel. Posizione ideale vicino al lago e il giorno dopo siamo tornati all'aeroporto in circa 30 minuti tram+treno. Comodissimo., Grazie della ospitalità.

Expérience positive: Kamer was ok en zag er leuk uit. Matras en kussen was oncomfortabel. Check-in kon pas na 3 uur en 's avonds na 22.30h is er geen personeel. Uitchecken was een drama. Dit hadden we avond van tevoren gedaan. Echter betaling ging fout en dat werd pas verteld toen we weg wilden om de trein te halen. In plaats van meteen die avond contact op te nemen of de volgende dag zich te verontschuldigen dat de betaling mis was gegaan werd ons verteld dat wij niet betaald hebben. Vrij onprofessioneel. Zeker als je dreigt de politie te gaan bellen omdat wij boos werden.

Expérience positive: الفندق حلو و سويسري ١٠٠٪؜ لطيف جدا الديكور و حتى مكان الفطور غرفهم مرة صغيرة و لكن يأدي الغرض فطورهم حلو محدود جدا بيض و جميع اللحوم غير حلال على حد علمي و شوية طماطم و اجبان و عصيرات و مكينة للقهوة و الشاي و زبادي و كورنفكلس و ملحقاتهم مع قليل فواكه الاستقبال لطيفين و متعاونين و عندهم مواقف للسيارة و لكن بفلوس النظافة ضعيفة في الفندق يعني العناكب معششة و حتى بعد ما طلبنا تنظيف الغرفة واضح مافي تنظيف للزوايا حتى ما ادري اذا تنكنس الارض في خلال الاقامة و لا لازم نطلع عشان ينظفوها !! يعني مجرد ترتيب فقط مدري متى يكون التنظيف العميق لانه من يوم ما جينا و خلال الاقامة التنظيف ماااااش للاسف العناكب في كل مكان عند الستارة و تحت المغسلة و عند الدفاية اللي يخاف من العناكب لا يفكر يجي ابدا و المخدات غير مريحة

Abbiamo chiesto di avere la culla in camera e ci è stata data anche una comoda e spaziosa camera al piano terra. Expérience fantastique: Ci sono stato per un viaggio di piacere e relax a Zurigo ed ho trovato l'hotel Suisse Night un luogo molto accogliente e tranquillo, situato in una zona strategica per poter raggiungere il centro e la stazione ferroviaria in pochi minuti, anche a piedi. Il personale Davvero gentile e le camere perfettamente pulite. Molto gradevole l'arredo della Camera. Il bagno davvero bello, ben riscaldato e con doccia. Mi ha stupito positivamente che la porta della camera fosse addirittura una porta blindata.

Expérience fantastique: We had an incredibly wonderful stay, the staff was absolutely amazing, kind, warm, helpful. On arriving after the front desk closed (10pm) one just calls the posted telephone # and a super helpful receptionist answers straight away and verbally takes all the info+ they have a cool machine that remotely creates the room key. Super cute Swiss/Cow icons throughout… perhaps trite for a native of Switzerland, but adorably charming to sleepy headed Americans! We were even allowed to pop back and use their internet/zoom away the afternoon to get our work done. Onsite super convenient parking as well… so happy we fell on this sweet little gem of a place close to everywhere we needed to go… oooh and the linens and beds VERY comfy cozy it deserves more start… mini bar, kettle, great breakfast room and even a fitness center!

Rénové récemment en grande partie selon une décoration très Swissitude, chambres confortables et très propres. Buffet du petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Wifi pas toujours très fiable selon les chambres. Chambres pas toujours bien isolées par rapport aux autres et portes qui claquent.
