The instructors are professional, up to date with techniques, and always willing to help if you have an injury. With my challenging work schedule, the Pilates training has played a pivotal role in strengthening, stretching and maintaining my health.

I have visited other studios before and this is by far the most professional and effective training I have experienced. My back issues have disappeared thanks to Elio's bespoke and targeted training regimen. Highly recommended.

Sonja und Elio bilden sich regelmässig weiter und verbinden gekonnt die Technik von traditionellem Pilates mit den individuellen Bedürfnissen der Kunden. Das Studio ist zeitgemäss mit Graetz-Geräten eingerichtet und die Stimmung ist konzentriert und doch sehr persönlich. Expérience négative: Very Bad Experience. Aggravating back problems. Teacher not sensible to any specific needs. Aggressive pricing, had to pay 160 francs for late cancellation, as I had to cancel the lesson in the morning because of back pain. They still charged me 160 CHF as they have a 24 hours cancellation policiy! Just incredible!. Go somewhere else!
