Fantastische Erfahrung: Une salle de fitness super top ! Les équipements sont modernes et parfaitement entretenus, la propreté est irréprochable, ce qui rend l’entraînement vraiment agréable. Mention spéciale au coach Nicolas : passionné, à l’écoute et toujours prêt à répondre à toutes les questions. Il assure un suivi personnalisé de chaque exercice, ce qui motive encore plus à progresser. Un réel plaisir de venir s’entraîner ici, je recommande à 100 % !

Positive Erfahrung: InFit est une bonne salle de sport avec de nombreux atouts ! Propreté et équipements : La salle est toujours propre, bien entretenue et les machines sont globalement en bon état. Il y a un large choix d’équipements, même si certaines machines mériteraient d’être modernisées pour mieux répondre aux besoins des pratiquants avancés. Vestiaires et douches : Les douches individuelles sont bien entretenues, mais la température de l’eau n’est pas réglable, ce qui peut être un inconvénient. Ambiance et personnel : L’ambiance est généralement agréable et motivante. Le coach est toujours présent, souriant et prêt à aider. En revanche, il arrive que certains utilisateurs ne rangent pas leur matériel après utilisation, ce qui peut être un peu dérangeant.

Negative Erfahrung: J'ai récemment résilié mon abonnement à cette salle de sport, et je suis extrêmement déçu par leur service. J'ai envoyé ma lettre de résiliation fin septembre et, à ce jour, je n'ai reçu aucune confirmation de leur part. J'ai tenté de les appeler plusieurs fois pendant leurs horaires d’ouverture, mais je n'ai eu aucune réponse. De plus, la propreté de l'établissement laisse à désirer. Les toilettes mixtes manquaient souvent de savon, ce qui est inacceptable. Il est également fréquent de trouver des poids laissés traîner par d'autres membres, ce qui rend l'utilisation de l'espace désagréable. Enfin, la promesse d’un matériel supplémentaire n'a jamais été tenue. C'est vraiment dommage que mes attentes n'aient pas été satisfaites, même à la fin de mon abonnement. Je ne recommande pas cette salle de sport.

Negative Erfahrung: The gym looks nice, but it's often overcrowded in the evenings (6-10 PM), making it impossible to train peacefully. They lured me in with a quiet trial session and didn’t mention the evening chaos. When I approached staff, they ignored my concerns and refused to let me out of the contract - greed > customer! Canceling is unnecessarily difficult – while signing up can be done in person, you have to send a letter by post (6 CHF) to cancel. There are much better and equally affordable gyms in Lausanne, especially for students.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great gym with a large amount of free weights as well as a very large selection of machines, it offers a nice atmosphere different from a regular gym, making working out more pleasant. The staff is great especially Nicolas, always there to help you to improve, considering the price point of the establishment this gym is a very good choice for any level lifters.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Good selection of machine. Great location for the whole EPFL staff and student. It is a pleasure to be coached by the personal trainer Nico. I do recommend. (But a larger free weight area would be welcomed)

Positive Erfahrung: Une salle propre et du matériel en bon état, malgré des problèmes récurrents de piles volées dans les machines. Cependant, au niveau des poids et tractions, le plancher semble "creux" sous le tapis noir. Les douches sont bien entretenues, un plaisir après les séances ! Une mention spéciale à Nicolas, un coach d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité sans failles, toujours prêt à nous pousser dans nos retranchements. Lui mériterait 5 étoiles :)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Très belle expérience à la salle de sport/gym Infit. J'apprécie l'ambiance ainsi que la variété des équipements disponibles. Le personnel a toujours été amical et soutenant, ce qui rend le sport plus agréable. Surtout les conseils et programmes de sport du coach Nicolas qui sont au top pour atteindre ses objectifs de fitness.

Positive Erfahrung: Great location to the Swiss Tech Convention Centre. Staff were some of the friendliest I encountered on my visit to Lausanne. It’s certainly I tended to be a fitness gym and wouldn’t necessarily cater for serious lifters, but review the photos and contact the staff to make this decision for yourself.

Positive Erfahrung: Overall: The gym is well-equipped and clean. The recent addition of more free weights is a big improvement, making it easier to find an available station. Downside: The cancellation policy is a major drawback. You need to submit a recommendation letter, which you must pay for yourself, two months in advance to cancel your membership. This could easily be handled in person or via email. I find this policy disingenuous as it complicates the process of leaving the gym, making it feel like a tactic to retain members by creating unnecessary hurdles.

Negative Erfahrung: I went in for a trial session and found the free weights section very lacking: only a few racks to be used both for bench and squats, which were continually all busy when I went (6pm on a weekday during the summer break); limited selection both of plates and dumbbells. There is a better selection of machines, which are however an unknown brand (not Technogym). The cardio area is fine and the trainer is very friendly and polite; however, the weights section is very weak compared to other gyms at comparable price points.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Salle très bien entretenue avec du matériel de qualité et surtout un coach Nicolas qui prodigue de supers conseils, il est très professionnel, à l’écoute et d’une gentillesse hors pair. Je recommande cette salle et surtout ce coach les yeux fermés.

Negative Erfahrung: Worst gym I have ever been in. Absent equipment, dirty bathrooms, and old, unclean machines. Avoid if you can, there are other gyms nearby ;)

Negative Erfahrung: The gym is a really good gym. It had almost everything you need, what annoys me is the receptionist and the conditions to cancel your membership. In order to cancel my membership, I have to go write a letter (recomandé) and send it to their address? But I was just there a minute ago? Whats the point ? Its just really frustrating as the customer to deal with stuff like this. The receptionist was of no help of all, said he “was French and dont know how it works”.

Negative Erfahrung: Ma femme a eu du mal à annuler le contrat et un certain Nicolas, très arrogant dans les emails, tutoyait ma femme sans la connaître !

Positive Erfahrung: Je fréquente cette salle de sport depuis un certain temps et je tiens à partager mon expérience : - Douches individuelles : Un gros plus ! Elles sont bien entretenues même si la température de l'eau n'est pas réglable.Salles arrières : Très pratiques pour s'entraîner sans trop de monde autour. - Équipement : La plupart des machines sont en bon état. Cependant, il serait bénéfique de remplacer les anciennes machines roses par des équipements plus modernes et utiles, tels que le curl pupitre, le hip thrust, ou le delt fly. - Haltères : Le poids maximal des haltères est de 32,5 kg, ce qui peut être limitant pour certains entraînements. Malgré une demande par courriel au gérant concernant ce sujet, je n'ai pas reçu de réponse. - Personnel et ambiance : Le coach est toujours présent, souriant et motivant. La clientèle est généralement agréable, bien que certains aient tendance à ne pas ranger leur matériel après usage. Dans l'ensemble, la salle offre une bonne expérience mais pourrait s'améliorer sur certains aspects pour répondre encore mieux aux besoins des sportifs assidus.

Negative Erfahrung: je suis extrêmement déçu de cette salle de fitness. Le matériel est très pauvre. Le gérant est exécrable il a pris deux semaines à répondre à mon mail en m’accusant d’avoir déjà répondu . Même si les coaches sont professionnels et à l’écoute la salle de sport, n’est pas dans un bon état il y a des trous dans le sol qui ont été camouflé par un gros tapis noir

Negative Erfahrung: J’ai perdu des vêtements et la procedure pour se desinscrire est vraiment mauvaise (il faut payer pour envoyer une lettre recommandée). Je ne conseille pas.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I recently joined the gym and I can recommend it without hesitation. Everything is clean, there is always room to do which machine you prefer and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Nicolas, the trainer, is the best I could wish. He's always available, supportive, and very professional!

Positive Erfahrung: Great gym it has everything you can need during a workout and the staff are really friendly and it has a great location under the metro line it is just a little more expensive than other gyms in it's category average of 20 bucks a month more than other gyms but the location might be the reason

Fantastische Erfahrung: I recently joined the gym and recommend it to anyone searching for a top-notch fitness facility. It is conveniently located next to the metro, EPFL, restaurants, and groceries. The spacious well-designed layout allows ample room for various workout activities and has a vast array of machines and free weights, which are very well maintained. Great staff! Special shout out to Sergio, whose outstanding service and dedication have made my gym experience more enjoyable.

Negative Erfahrung: Not only do you have to pay to cancel your subscription (the price of a recommended letter which is mandatory to cancel a subscription is about 6fr), but the subscription will go on for 2 months after you cancel it. Feels more like a subscription to a museum in the nineties than to a fitness today.

Negative Erfahrung: The gym is airy with low volume music. Quite a good selection of machines and the staff pleasant. However, for the price of the day pass, terrible. No water fountain. No free weights! (apparently they are coming soon). No towels. And a bizarrely stringent dress code (see photo). No gym shorts, ladies!!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich ging ein Jahr in dieses Fitnessstudio und habe es genossen. Es ist den größten Teil des Tages geöffnet, ist sauber und hat eine gute Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Negative Erfahrung: No fitness class, no free weights, weird dress code. I would recommend go for a real gym in town.

Positive Erfahrung: Früh geöffnet und schließt spät. Jeden Tag im Jahr geöffnet. Dies ist großartig, da Sie ohne Mitarbeiter allein im Fitnessstudio sein können. Es ist immer noch schade, dass es keine freien Gewichte gibt. Nur ein paar Hanteln wären so nützlich. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen, da ich es nur für 4 Motten verwendet habe, aber für eine längere Zeit würde es ziemlich langweilig werden. Außerdem haben sie eine extrem seltsame Kleiderordnung. Ich kam mit einem ärmellosen Hemd und wurde gesagt, dass ich das im Fitnessstudio nicht tragen könne. Sind wir in der Schweiz oder was? :)
