Fantastische Erfahrung: This is very a very spacious and unique venue located in a very unique castle-church surrounded by trees and the class is led by Karl, who is a well-known Jivamukti teacher. Karl is very experienced, and a great facilitator and host that makes you feel at ease. Overall, during his classes, I feel like I am in a retreat -not only because of the magical space but also because of the effects of rest and revitalisation in my body after the class. And actually, I realise that this retreat-like effect is actually no coincidence since Karl organises retreats all year round in magical locations. I totally recommend these classes, and if you love Yoga and live in Zürich, I think this is one of those things that you need to experience at least once.
