Breathe Yoga, Birth & Beyond

Fantastische Erfahrung: I attended the Hatha classes with Kim and thoroughly enjoyed them! I was a bit apprehensive at first, as I wasn't sure about attending yoga classes as a guy, but I never felt out of place. They were a good way of relieving stress and a surprisingly good workout - I was always shattered after each session. I could also feel the positive affects when playing other sports, such as football and touch rugby. Kim was a very good teacher, she gave very clear instructions and used excellent differentiation, meaning it did not matter that I was a total beginner. I would certainly recommend.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I really enjoy practice yoga with Kim. She is an excellent teacher who shares her passion for Yoga with her students. Every class is different focusing on differents areas of the body each time. During the last 3 years I've attended to several of her workshops and practice Hatha, Vinyasa and pregnancy yoga with her.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have taken pregnancy, post pregnancy, vinyassa and power yoga classes with Kim. In all types of classes she offers a good range for all levels and shows that she has a good knowledge of the body and yoga. The classes are always a good mix of exercise and relaxation. Highly recommend!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: We took the hypnobirthing class with Kim. It was a great experience. Kim is very welcoming, you don’t feel judged or pressured to follow or do anything. We learn a lot about the birth per se and of course plenty of techniques that hopefully we’ll be able to use in our birth.
