Fantastische Erfahrung: Just finished a postnatal yoga class with Sybille. It was such a nice session. She even helped me out with my son so I could focus on my practice. After class we did a nice baby and mommy session closed out by an introduction to the other moms in class.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Im attending the Rückbildungsyoga with my baby. I was a bit nervous bringing my baby with me to a Postnatal yoga class where the focus for once is on me. But I was encouraged by the homepage where Sibylle mentions that she gladly helps if the baby is fussy - Its not uncommon to see Sibylle carrying around two babies while instructing. I definitely recommend this class if you have to bring your baby with you. It’s also a great mix of exercises and in the end there’s also some time dedicated to the babies!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich habe auch Rueckbildungsyoga mit meinem Sohn besucht, waehrend ung. einem Jahr. Wir beide hatten enorm viel Spass und haben immer auf Dienstags sehr gewartet. Sibylle macht das super, mit sehr viel Geduld und Herzblut. Ich empfehle Sie ganz herzlich.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very nice experience. The prenatal classes in the studio are relaxing and energizing at the same time, I always feel great afterwards.
