Fantastische Erfahrung: Ein großer Dank an Sharmila die so viel Wissen, Weisheit und Erfahrung in der Yogaausbildung mit mir geteilt hat, ich bin glücklich sie als Yogalehrerin gefunden und diese lebensverändernde Erfahrung an ihrer Akademie gemacht zu haben. Sharmila ist eine großartige Yogalehrerin mit tiefer Weisheit und Freundlichkeit und umfassenden Kenntnissen der yogischen Wissenschaft und Philosophie. Ich absolvierte eine 500-stündige Yogalehrerausbildung an der Adishiv Yoga Academy und hatte ein hervorragendes Trainingsprogramm.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I did 500 hours yoga teachers training course at Adishiv . Had an great experience. The course content helped me personally a lot too. Meditation and breathing techniques I learnt in the course benefited me tremendously for my mental and emotional health. I also learnt correct way of performing Yoga Asnas, with right postures . Over all I had an great experience and learnt a lot. Course gave me great confidence and Mindfulness positive attitude towards life.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I highly recommend the training Sharmilla is facilitating alongside with her other teachers. The teachers are well-prepared, full of experience willing to share. Sharmilla is doing an amazing job transposing a completely new and different culture and wisdom, you get the chance of learning real Yoga from it's roots. The online learning platform is also easy to use.
