Fantastische Erfahrung: I’m Michael and I use my girlfriend's account becuase I don‘t have one. I‘ve been attending Rachel's classes for over a year and I really appreciate them. The classes are always well planned, Rachel has a good sense of varying the movements and creates a good and welcoming atmosphere. The Vinyasa classes help me to find a mental and physical balance to my other sporting activities.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Rachel as a teacher and all of the participants were really welcoming. She always checked for preferences before starting into the classes and took time for correcting or supporting during the practice if necessary. But what I enjoyed most was the great mix of challenge and relaxation, balance and strength!
