Fantastische Erfahrung: Had a pleasant stay at Grace Hotel in one of their newly renovated rooms. The room layout was thoughtfully designed, and I particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom. The spa facilities were a highlight of my visit and added to the overall relaxing experience. My only suggestion would be to heat the pool slightly perhaps to around 80°F to make it more comfortable for swimming during the winter months. Location wise is very strategic if coming by train and walkable to city centre

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have stayed at numerous places around Europe and the experience my fiancé and I had here at Grace was the best that I have had so far. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect. We wanted to stay several more nights to fully enjoy the experience. Fantastische Erfahrung: New, modern and comfortable hotel that respects its history but is fully rooted in the present with a trendy buzzy vibe. The common areas have the feeling of a living room and not a museum like many other luxury hotels in town. Rooms are large and comfortable with excellent storage space, staff is very friendly and helpful, and food and drink are well curated. Honestly the only thing missing is an outdoor heated rooftop pool (can you imagine, with that view!?), but in all reality, I was very impressed and enjoyed my time thoroughly.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Das Hotel Grace La Margna liegt etwas oberhalb vom Bahnhof St. Moritz und unterhalb/zwischen den Hotels Kulm/Carlton. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Wir buchten die Grace Terrace Suite, welche sich in der obersten Etage befindet. Hier geniesst man den atemberaubenden Blick auf Muottas Muragl und natürlich den See. Die 165m2 Dachterrasse mit Jacuzzi, Lounge, Esstisch und Sonnenliegen lädt zum Geniessen und Entspannen ein und ist sicherlich ein absolutes Highlight. In der grosszügigen 90 m2 grossen Suite, findet man einen separaten Wohnbereich, offenen Kamin, Couch und Esstisch. Der begehbare Kleiderschrank verbindet den Wohnbereich mit dem Schlafzimmer, von dem man auch direkten Zugang zur Terrasse hat. Das grosszügige und moderne Badezimmer bietet eine eigene Wellness-Oase mit Jacuzzi und grosser separaten, begehbaren Regendusche. Bei unserem Wochenendaufenthalt dinierten wir im The View, welches auch kulinarisch zu etwas vom Besten in St. Moritz gehört. Den „Absacker“ genossen wir in der wunderschönen Hotelbar. In der beeindruckenden Kulisse denkmalgeschützter Jugendstilmauern - gepaart mit exklusivem Interieur - wird Barkultur neu interpretiert und zelebriert. Das ganze Hotelpersonal ist äusserst zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Es hat uns enorm gefreut Jarik Tschirky wieder zu sehen. Das Haus ist in besten Händen und entsprechend ein grosses Lob auch an die Hotelleitung, welche dieses Haus mit viel Leidenschaft führen. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen! Das Hotel ist zurecht im Small Luxury Hotels of the World aufgenommen worden. Dem ganzen Team ein grosses Dankeschön, für den perfekten Aufenthalt, welchen wir geniessen durften.

Negative Erfahrung: Where do I even begin with Grace La Margna? My experience was a tragic comedy that left me questioning my life choices. First off, the service was abysmal. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a stare that could wilt flowers. The receptionist seemed more interested in scrolling through her phone than checking me in. After what felt like an eternity, I finally got my room key—only to find that my room smelled like a mix of old gym socks and disappointment. The decor? Let’s just say it’s a unique blend of “what were they thinking?” and “did they shop at a thrift store?” I half expected to see a '70s disco ball in the corner. The bed was as comfortable as sleeping on a pile of bricks, and the pillows felt like they were stuffed with cotton balls—if you’re lucky. Now, let’s talk about the food. I was excited to try the local cuisine but ended up with a plate of soggy pasta that was more akin to glue than anything edible. The chef must have taken a vacation because it tasted like it was cooked by a toddler who just discovered salt. And the prices? Absolutely outrageous! I could have bought a gourmet meal at a five-star restaurant for what I paid here. To top it all off, I was jolted awake by the earthquake-like vibrations from the train station that is literally in front of the "hotel". It felt like I was trying to sleep in the middle of a train yard, not a luxurious hotel. If you’re looking for a vacation where you can experience utter frustration, look no further! Grace La Margna has you covered. I would rather camp in the Swiss wilderness than ever stay here again. Save your money and your sanity!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I recently stayed at this amazing luxury hotel in after a trip on the Bernina Express. We didn't want to hop right back so I booked the Grace hotel and I’m so glad I did. The hotel has beautifully appointed rooms, top-notch amenities, and nice views of the Alps. The staff was welcoming, attentive and the definition of hospitable. Fantastische Erfahrung: Best hotel I have ever stayed at!!!! The staff go over and beyond. My husband and I eloped for our wedding from the USA and stayed at the Grace. Everyone there was so accommodating and made our wedding day so special. Liv helped us coordinate a private dinner and WOW! Is all I have to say. The food is 15/10!!! I would 100% recommend this hotel and we will be returning In the future! The food at the hotel is the best in st Moritz!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Excellent facility and service. I really like the property from people to hardware. I didn't have any regret to select this property. Modern touch with ski town feels, rooms are all newly renovated in 2023. Very friendly staff from check in to any other assistance. Very high quality product lines used in the room and bathroom. Good dinner, and breakfast, although, no cold cut meat in breakfast. They provide all snacks in the room complimentary. I would go back if I visit there again. Little bit distance (10 mins walk) to the city center, but right next to the train station.

Negative Erfahrung: Sehr einladende Website zum „Wohnzimmer“ wo der afternoon tea immerhin über 100 Stutz kostet. Eine Viertelstunde dort gewartet (man ist ja im Urlaub und hat Zeit), nur Gäste am Nebentisch werden bedient. Nach 15 Minuten aufgestanden, MA gesucht und nach der Karte gefragt. snackkarte vom Restaurant erhalten (war 14 Uhr). Nach Tee gefragt, worauf die Seite im Getränkemenü gezeigt wird. Nach der Teeauswahl (wie auf der Website angepriesen) gefragt. Darauf wurde man vor ein Teeregal geführt und stehen gelassen. Per Zufall das passende Menü entdeckt und an den Platz mitgenommen. Da wieder gewartet und nix passiert. Deshalb aufgestanden und gegangen. Der Kellner war ja nett und entschuldigte sich, dass er alleine ist (do you speak English?). Ich hoffe doch, das geht besser - bei dieser Anzahl hotelsterne. Sehr enttäuschend…

Fantastische Erfahrung: We stayed for one night ( out of 8 nights of touring Italy and Switzerland). Probably the best hotel that we stayed in. Being it a newly built hotel, everything seemed very fresh. It had a nice mixture of technology, design, comfort and hospitality. Staff were super friendly, helpful and attentive to every details. Rooms were very comfortable and had decent space. It had easy access to train station, although we were driving in and out of here. Our dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Overall, it is one of those hotels that u give it very high rating and HOPE that over the years their service does not diminish.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Wow wow wow! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grace La Margna. From the moment we booked the accomodation, to arrival including reception and valet, assistance with dinner reservations even at restaurants not with the hotel was exceptional. Our special requests was met and the tiny extra details (like chocolates, balloons, hair straightener, pillows, late checkout) just made everything that much more special. The room was absolutely beautiful and the spa amenities (sauna, spa, and relaxation beds) was top quality, clean and over our expectations. We had cocktail drinks at No5 before dinner in the living room and the service from all staff was amazing and food/drinks delicious. Could not fault anything. We absolutely loved our stay, feeling refreshed and extremely happy.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I came to celebrate an early birthday. Hotel was fabulous, perfect and conveniently located. Staff remembered my dog's name. Amenities at the hotel were amazing. FRETTE linen and exquisite SPA products made for a luxurious experience. Perfect location. Hotel staff were so welcoming and helpful. Staff were prompt in solving guest requests. Do have a drink, or fa few, at the bar in the evenings to unwind. Delicious drink menu. Set your alarm for breakfast at THE VIEW restaurant. I will definitely be returning again and again

Fantastische Erfahrung: Th best hotel I've ever stayed at in the last 25 yrs I've been traveling! The location is perfect, across the train station and of course by the lake. Fantastische Erfahrung: Wow wow wow! What an amazing hotel. My husband and I planned a quick trip to St Moritz and boy am I happy we did. The hotel and staff were so amazing I was tempted to cancel the other portion of our trip and stay at Grace longer. The attention to detail and knowing their guests was unmatched. My husband and I don’t drink and upon arrival they still had the room set up and they had a bottle of non alcoholic sparkling tea. That was a nice surprise. The staff is so patient and they make sure all your needs are met. The rooms are very cozy and luxurious at the same time. We can’t wait to come back and bring the kids.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Hands down one of the best hotels I have personally ever stayed in! If I could give this place 10-stars, I would in a heart beat! We stayed here during the 3rd week of August 2024 and from the moment we walked up to the reception desk, the staff we encountered were super attentive, very warm, and very friendly. Keep in mind that St. Moritz is a richy-rich area, which in my opinion would be similar to a place such as Bel Air or Beverly Hills back home in the States. So us walking in with just our normal "street attire" while everyone else was dressed in their high-end fashion wear, we were surprised at how pleasant the staff welcomed us to their hotel. They greeted us with wash clothes to wipe our hands and/or face and some fresh green tea as we checked in. We then found out that we were upgraded to their Penthouse Suite, which was definitely an unexpected surprise. The view was breathtaking, the room was extravagant, the area was great, etc. This was Hotel was the prime spot to relax at especially since the train station is literally a 3-min walk to/from the hotel. When we went for dinner, the hotel staff actually walked us to the restaurant inside the hotel versus just saying "go that way or this way, etc." When we checked out, they gave us some parting gifts which consisted of home-made cookies. Special shout-out to the receptionist who I believe her name is "Soraya"? She was super outstanding, friendly, informative, etc. In all my travels, I don't think I have ever had a more pleasant staff (all members) than at this specific hotel. Gold Stars all the way around from us! Thanks again Hotel Grace! We will be back to see you again somewhere in the future!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Grace La Margna is easily one of the top 3 hotels I've ever visited. We only spent 2 nights, but I wish it had been 20! The entire staff team was warm, kind, and approachable with any questions or needs. We ate dinner at The View on the first night and it was so incredible, we went back the second night because we didn't want to be disappointed if we went to a different restaurant. All of the restaurant staff from host to servers to sommelier were extremely helpful, kind, and efficient. They made us feel at home and ensured we had great experiences at dinner and at breakfast. The team at the bar really sealed the deal for us in this being one of the best experiences. The bar manager, we did not get his name but he has a beard and bright blue eyes, and each of the servers and bartenders were wonderful! They were so nice, answered all of our questions, made us feel like the only guests in the hotel, and made delicious drinks. The hotel is gorgeous and in a great location, but the staff are what really made our experience one of the best. Also, the cookies we received when we checked out - loved! What a great idea. Our group has decided we would love to visit this property again for a longer period of time - thank you for an amazing experience, and we look forward to checking out other Grace properties, too!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Stunning hotel conveniently located right by the train station. They even went the extra mile to spoil us for our honeymoon. Fantastische Erfahrung: We stayed at the Grace Hotel in the first week of July 2024. Location: Great, right across the street from the train station. Note, it is not in the center of town. Views are fantastic as long as you are above the first floor as there are some buildings blocking views for a portion of the new hotel (there is an old wing as well). We complained about our view and the staff moved us up to the 3rd floor with fantastic views. Staff incredibly accommodating. Janis the concierge recommended great hikes and gave us maps. Mariano in the ski shop rented us the most incredibly e bikes and we had incredible tours of the area. Very happy with the whole experience.

Positive Erfahrung: Großartiges Hotel in einer tollen Lage in St. Moritz. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Einziges Manko war aus unserer Sicht der Room Service. Die Qualität des Essens ließ leider zu wünschen übrig (und es gab kein Entgegenkommen). Würden aber dennoch wieder kommen und dann im Restaurant essen.
Fantastische Erfahrung: We had a lovely experience at this wonderful property. Their food is impeccable, definitely for the more refined taste buds. For those with children, Mara at the kids club will ensure they have lots of fun with all sorts of activities and craft making. We’ve just left and my daughter is already asking to go back for the summer holidays. They even catered to our dietary restrictions. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have travelled Switzerland with my friend for the last week staying in 5 star hotels! This as far as service and attention to detail has been the best! Fantastische Erfahrung: Wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Bahnhof. Die Sicht vom Hotel ist atemberaubend. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll und elegant und der Neubau fügt sich gut in das Ensemble ein. Fantastische Erfahrung: Lifestyle Hotellady lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Auf meiner Geschäftsreise habe ich das soeben neu eröffnete Grand Hotel von St. Moritz besucht. Ein herzlicher und professioneller Empfang. Ein überaus aufmerksames und flexibles Team in allen Bereichen. Ich habe in the View einen kulinarischen und exzellenten Abend mit einer authentischen Küche genossen. Die Preise sind fair. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und hat mich kompetent beraten. Auch der erfrischende alkoholfreie sparkling wine hat mir geschmeckt. Nicht nur the view, also Blick durch die grandiosen , hohen Fenster, nein der Abend war ein Erlebnis in diesem stylischen Restaurant. Die Hotelzimmer sind im modernen Alpen design und top Schlafkomfort. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche übrig: mein Tipp Shakshuka unbedingt probieren.

Positive Erfahrung: It's ok, but not as special as the room costs would have you believe. Breakfasts and dinner are very good with an excellent maitre'd / waiter. Great location for easy access to the train station (you literally walk across the road to get to the station), lake and town centre. WiFi is not free, unless you already have an access plan with swisscom (it also claimed to accept BT OpenZone credentials, but mine (UK) were consistently rejected). You can pay for access, but 30 minutes was 30% more expensive than an entire month of my unlimited ADSL back home - so thanks, but no thanks. We were provided with a card that allowed free use of public transportation, which included the funicular railway and cable car to the top of Piz Nair.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Excelente hotel, en la atención e instalaciones 10puntos, a pesar de que la piscina está fuera de servicio y sospecho que les llevará un tiempo solucionarlo. El restaurante no estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas teniendo en cuenta la calidad del lugar y la calidez del trato de todo el personal que fue excelente. Pedimos una melanzane a la parmigiana, que resultó muy extraña. Error, debimos aguantar a comerla en Italia, porque lo que nos dieron, era otra cosa. Y un Rissotto que estaba apenas correcto. Tienen que mejorar el restaurante. La vista desde el hotel es espectacular!

Fantastische Erfahrung: A wonderful unique and lifestyle luxury boutique hotel that I can fully recommend - no wishes are left unfulfilled. The entire team around the highly knowledgeable and passionate hotelier and General Manager, D. Frei, is doing a fabulous job: from the very first moment you enter the hotel until you leave, the team is authentic, motivated and attentive. The hotel itself has been beautifully renovated - a contemporary, smart design exuding quiet luxury. It blends so wonderfully within the natural surroundings and much thought and effort has gone into it. The N/5 bar and lobby are stylish and cozy at the same time. Do not miss out on the great drinks menu and culinary delights they offer - not only appealing from the looks but also the taste is exquisite. The same applies to the restaurant, The View. Breakfast is also served there offering everything you can wish for while enjoying the views. With regards to the bedrooms, I was staying in the La Margna Junior Suite which is very elegant with high quality materials and offering a fabulous sight. The bed is a dream, the bathroom very spacious with a stunning walk-in rainshower, and there are so many magnificent amenities: great products from Feuerstein, a Dyson hairdryer, a stylish coffee machine from Sjöstrand, a hot water bottle to keep you warm at night to mention just a few! The Spa is heavenly: once again a modern and elegant design using natural materials exuding relaxation and tranquility. You have a large indoor pool where you can actually swim, as well as a generous whirlpool with massage loungers and seats. Then, there are also the saunas and hammam - loved it! By the way, in case you have children there is probably the best Kids Club I have ever seen, a children‘s paradise. Last but not least and the only thing left to say: A huge thank you to D. Frei and the entire team - cannot wait to be back!
