Positive Erfahrung: Gute Lehrkraft, aber manchmal sind zu viele Leute im Unterricht. In solchen Fällen kann sich die Lehrkraft nicht ausreichend um alle kümmern, was besonders für einen Pole-Unterricht sehr wichtig ist.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I love the classes. Each teacher brings a different style with lovely combos and choreographs. I also enjoyed the "studio pass" option. You can enjoy a training studio with your own personalized set of lights and music for you to set loose your imagination and just create what your next performance could look like... or, plain and simple, just practice what you already know.

Positive Erfahrung: Teachers are great and have leaned how to teach (which really makes the difference!). It's a bit on the pricier side and bundles are not the most flexible, but classes are great!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I absolutely love this studio: the classes, the people, the teachers are all absolutely amazing, super helpful and you always feel the most welcome. The class structure is great and challenging enough that you can gradually progress, working on conditioning, mobility and strength altogether.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ein fantastisches Poledance-Studio! Die Trainerinnen legen Wert darauf, dass die Students die gezeigten Figuren und Combos gut beherrschen. Jede Lektion beinhaltet ein Aufwärmtraining, Conditioning und eine wunderschöne Pole-Combo. Zum Schluss hat man auch noch die Möglichkeit, einen Freestyle zu tanzen.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich trainiere seit 2 Jahren beim Gravity Arts in Zürich und kann es jedem weiterempfehlen. Das Unterrichtskonzept ist sehr durchdacht, die Choreografien kreativ und immer ans Level der Teilnehmer*Innen angepasst. Den Trainer*Innen gelingt es, auch komplexe Bewegungsabläufe detailiert und schrittweise zu erklären, sodass mein Körper weiss, welche Muskeln er wofür benötigt. Sie bieten ein sicheres, motivierendes und effektives Training, das einfach Spass macht. Der einzige Kritikpunkt sind aus meiner Sicht die Preise, die für mich wirklich hoch, aber dennoch gerechtfertigt sind.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The studio is an amazing place to start with pole dancing! I attended classes with several different teachers and they were all really great, supportive and motivating. The atmosphere in the studio is also really nice and inclusive. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of trying pole dancing.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Wonderful, elegant and central studio with welcoming and inspiring instructors. I started there a year ago and immediately felt embraced. Each instructor takes the time to explain every move and also includes the physical aspect of how to use your body and its muscles - I learned a lot about physiology just by taking classes there. My body has also changed a lot just by poledancing once a week. Every instructor has their own unique style which makes it so fun to learn diverse types of poledancing - the best part is you can decide which teacher’s class you want to visit every class based on your mood and available time. They care about your health and safety which is their first priority - there’s a thorough warm up and conditioning part every class, which makes the class 75 minutes long so you have 1 full hour of dancing. They constantly strive to be even better by introducing a lot of diverse workshops (with international stars aswell) and classes and a very easy to use booking system through their own app which is always updated. You can also choose different subscriptions and packages / single classes if you can’t commit or want to be more flexible. I probably forgot a few details but if you have doubts, this is your sign to take a class! Worth every penny

Fantastische Erfahrung: 2021 habe ich bei Gravity Arts in Zürich angefangen, Pole Dance zu lernen. Von den ersten Drehungen an der Stange, bis hin zu komplexeren Choreografien, war die bisherige Entwicklung für mich echt unverbesserlich: Die Trainerinnen sind super kompetent und motivierend, erklären verschiedene Tricks und Choreografien im Detail und sind immer flexibel, auf jedes Level und jede Tagesform einzugehen. Was mir besonders gefällt ist die variantenreiche Kursauswahl - von Pole Dance, über Spinning Pole, über Heels Flow bis hin zu Workshops, Trainer-Ausbildung und Wettkampfteilnahme. Das gibt mir die Möglichkeit, mich weiterzuentwickeln und auch meinen eigenen Stil zu finden. Die Atmosphäre vor Ort ist sehr inklusiv und offen und die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Ein grossartiger Ort mit grossartiger Community :)

I started off as a beginner and I was impressed at the patience my teachers explained the moves to me, they really take their time to correct our posture too. Also, the class structure is very good. You get stretching, conditioning, pole mechanics training, and choreography all in one class. The studio is very modern, clean, and people I met there are very friendly. There is also a wide selection of classes, and good membership deals. Couldnt recommend it enough!!

No one will make you have more fun in class than Sheila and she'll make sure you leave the class with a smile. Jazmin will teach you advanced tricks as an international pole art winner, but also knows her basics like the best. It's a team full of stars and you leave the room feeling like a goddess and having learned skills at the same time.

Fantastische Erfahrung: In diesem Studio habe ich meine ersten Pole-Erfahrungen gesammelt, in diesem Studio bin ich geblieben ... aus gutem Grund! Ich hab mich von Anfang an sehr gut aufgehoben, super betreut und gut "gespottet" gefühlt und schätze die Vielzahl an unterschiedlichen Kursen und Angeboten sehr, die immer wieder anders und immer wieder kreativ daherkommen. Vor allem aber mag ich die sympathische, humorvolle Atmosphäre, die im Studio herrscht, die jede Trainerin wieder um ihre ganz eigene Persönlichkeit, ihren Tanzstil und persönliche Note (von Latin über Burlesque zu Chair und Lab Dance) bereichert. Highly recommended!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich besuchte zwei Jahre regelmässig Kurse bei Gravity Arts und habe viel gelernt. Die Kurse sind sehr gut aufgebaut und was mir so gut gefällt ist, dass eine kleine Kombination mit Musik erlernt wird und am Ende oft ein Freestyle kommt. Fantastische Erfahrung: Das Studio Gravityarts in Zürich ist das Studio mit dem rundum Wohlfühlpaket. Der Fokus des, sehr gut ausgebildeten / freundlichen / motivierten Trainerteams, liegt auf Sicherheit / technisch exakte Ausführung / Motivation und natürlich das spielerische verbinden der Moves und Tricks mit Tanz! Die Lokation ist super, hohe Räume (2 getrennte Tanzsäle) mit annähernd 4 Meter hohe Poles, und es ist in der Nähe vom Bahnhof gelegen. Grosses Kursangebot und immer eine tolle Atmosphäre. Das Konzept passt, ein besseres und professionelleres Studio habe ich noch nicht kennen gelernt.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Amazing pole dancing studio! The instructors pay attention to every pupil, correcting and helping with small adjustments that make all the difference. They care about personal limitations and health situation, while also giving everyone a chance to grow with new, fun challenges. Instructors are patient and encouraging of everyone, no matter speed of progress. I LOVE that warm-up is short and sweet and doesn't use up half the lesson!! (I hate push-ups, haha) Classes are bilingual (English and German). They are very helpful about exchanging or catching up on missed lessons due to sickness. Correspondence is fast and friendly. The atmosphere is great and welcoming of all, no matter gender, age, or body type. Quite a lot of floor work is also taught in regular pole classes, at least by some instructors; which can be a positive or a negative depending on your preferences. Something that could be added would be spinning pole course/ extra classes because I could use more practice on spinning pole than I do presently (every few weeks in normal pole class). Thank you for running this school, it gives so many so much joy!

Sehr schön eingerichtet, der Studio Access erlaubt es zu trainieren wann ich möchte, und das Team ist einfach wunderbar und wohlwollend. Ich liebe den Fokus auf dem Tänzerischen - es geht nicht darum die coolsten schwierigsten Tricks zu machen, sondern auch darum das was man kann, fliessend zu verbinden.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I cannot recommend this studio enough!!! I love this studio because: 1. At the end of each lesson, we do both choreography with new tricks that we learn during the lesson. They do not focus on tricks only. 2. I love their sexy choreography. 3. The instructors can explain how to do the tricks in words not just showing how to do it, which I find very helpful. They also correct my bad habits to take me to the next level.

The teachers all speak perfect English in case (like me) you are traveling and visiting. They emphasize the sexy style of pole which is my favorite. Fantastische Erfahrung: Great instructors with a focus on correct technique. Used to have a lot of injuries due to lack of proper warmup and trying too advanced moves but not anymore. Studio is nice and classes are fun.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been coming here for over two years now. When I first moved to Zurich, I tried all the various pole studios until I fell in love with this one. Other studios in the area either have old equipment with low ceilings, or mainly want to make profit by having a long warm up and conditioning only teaching one to two moves a class. This studio not only has high ceilings, but new equipment. I was a bit worried when I first entered as I didn’t see any crash mats, but then realized you won’t need them since the teachers never teach you anything you cannot handle and are also trained to safely spot you. Coming from studios that teach you twisted handspring when you have students jumping into inverts and students becoming injured, I can highly recommend every teacher here recognizes safety as the number one priority. They will never teach you anything you are not capable of handling strength wise and will always be attentive to ensure every student is safe. Every teacher ensures you are taught something correctly with clean and executed lines, as well as offer suggestions or tips. All the teachers are chosen because of their ability to pole dance, experience and also teach, unlike some studios that favor special students and encourage them to teach without proper anatomy/physiology and pole fitness education and/or experience. The price per class is fair and the quality for what you pay for matches. I learnt a lot since being here, as everything I learnt before was with the wrong technique. Emphasis is also placed on ensuring both sides of the body are trained to avoid injury and muscle evenness. Every teacher is able to offer alternatives to moves or explain something so detailed like the angle of your hand, to ensure you nail the move! Everyone is very supportive of each other. There are several types of pole dance styles offered here, lyrical flow, tricks, exotic, etc. it is definitely worth taking a class from each teacher as each style is different. If Swiss German is foreign to you (as is to me), everyone is able to speak hoch Deutsch or English. Some students are also active in the competition scene and train outside of class together. You are also able to book private lessons with teachers, for example,l for their opinion on your choreography as they have all judges competitions before. If you are thinking about pole dance or fitness, I highly recommend coming here and save yourself time and effort by not trying out those other pole studios in the area. I am so happy to have found my new pole family!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been training at Gravity Arts since two years, and I simply love it! Here are a few reasons why: - Gravity Arts teaches both the athletic and the artistic side of pole dancing. You will learn a lot of tricks there, but a clean execution and learning transitions to put these tricks into an interesting routine is also a high priority. - Gravity Arts offers amazing Exotic classes. - All teachers are friendly and encouraging. They might be strict with you, but never in a discouraging way. - Safety is also made an important priority. Teachers will make sure that they are aware of any injuries that you have. Behaviour that damages your body on a long-term is discouraged (a twisted-grip handspring will neither be the first nor the most frequent one that you will do there). - A lot of students at Gravity Arts participate at competitions. They form a wonderful, supportive community where competitors train together, give each other feedback etc. I personally learned a lot from other students while preparing for competitions together. Also, you are encouraged to perform no matter which level you are currently at, which I find highly important as everyone has their own strengths and deserve to be seen. Overall, the atmosphere at Gravity Arts is very warm, welcoming and supportive. I personally improved a lot there as a performer. I would highly recommend Gravity Arts to everyone - no matter whether you want to compete, or just "casually" enjoy pole dancing in a fun and healthy way.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Every lesson I feel I am growing and learning a lot. This is the best place to be challenged and have fun at the same time! I had zero dancing experience before and in just 6 months I feel more comfortable with my body and my moves. So much more to learn and I am looking forward to each lesson every week. The class is well structured, there's always a combination of body conditioning and choreography :) The instructors are all well prepared , talented and they take care of each of us. They are patients (especially with us beginners :) and they have a strong understanding of healthy and safety when it comes to teach new moves. I feel so much motivated by them and they always make the lessons sooo fun :) I like they are very friendly and easy going but they can really challenge you (which is great) and , above all, they teach you how to dance with your heart. I love we do freestyle at the end of each lesson. Improvising is, for me, the best way to not be afraid of making mistakes. Thanks to that I am starting to dance to the beat of the music, which has always been a problem for me before. This studio is the best in town! The place you can be truly yourself, reinvent yourself and discover your feminine nature :) Thank you :)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Hands down the best studio in town! What can I say? The instructors have all different tastes and backgrounds, so you get to learn a whole lot from each one of them. They are incredibly talented, hard working and knowledgeable, so if you just come with an open mind and your share of grit, you'll improve a lot, and at your own pace. As the lessons always have some free style at the end, we're constantly encouraged to explore what works for us, and there's space for all of us: be dramatic, sexy, funny, fierce, athletic, flexible... whoever you are, they'll make sure you feel at home and supported at all times! :) What I love most about Gravity Arts is that they make everything FUN! I always go home with a smile. I've been to other studios and I just don't feel at ease with how serious and rigid they can be, this is the place for me!
