Tolles Frühstück und ich liebe die Lage in der Innenstadt mit einfachem Zugang zu allem, was Basel zu bieten hat.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich habe die beste Erfahrung in einem Hotel gemacht, die die Dame am Empfang uns kostenloses Upgrade gegeben hat, und bat uns, ein Spiel zu spielen, um ein kostenloses Frühstück zu erhalten, und unser Glück, das Kubic auf einer der Optionen landete, und wir haben eine erhalten Kostenloses Frühstück und kostenlose Parkplätze für unseren Aufenthalt dort, es war ein toller Abgang für unseren Urlaub in Swis! In der Lobby haben Sie kostenlosen Kaffee, Wasser und Kekse/ Schokolade zur Auswahl, wenn Sie dort Zeit verbringen möchten. Die Stadt ist ein wunderschönes Ziel, das man sehen muss! Das Frühstück war großartig und die Kellner sehr schön!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Das Hotel ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Erstens ist der Höhepunkt dieses Hotels der erstaunliche Service. Es zeigt wirklich ein Unternehmen, das sich bewusst ist, wie die Pandemie ihre Kunden beeinflusst hat und dessen Hauptziel darin besteht, das Ausmaß zu maximieren, in dem ihr Service ihren Besuchern hilft. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Hotel über geräumige und sehr saubere Zimmer sowie alle Extras wie einen Pool, eine Sauna, ein Dampfbad und sogar einen Fitnessraum, in dem Sie in Form bleiben können, auch wenn Sie im Hotel sind. Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum von Basel und ermöglicht es Ihnen, mit einem kurzen Spaziergang an die Hauptpunkte des Stadtzentrums zu gelangen. Abschließend war der Service wirklich außergewöhnlich und unterscheidet sich dieses Hotels von anderen, unabhängig von den Extras, die von einem anderen Hotel bereitgestellt werden (auch wenn dieses Hotel alle zusätzlichen Aspekte anbietet, die man sich wünschen könnte), erhalten Sie garantiert, dass Sie den Service erhalten dass du und das Geld, das du bezahlt hast, verdient.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Erstaunliches Hotel in einer tollen Lage. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und dekoriert. Funky Schwimmbad.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Wir sind regelmäßig im Radisson Basel. Das Personal ist durch die Bank sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage hervorragend . Tramstation, SBB - Bahnhof ,sowie öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Hotel hat aber auch eigene TG. Toller großer Pool mit Sauna. Frühstücksbuffet sehr toll und frisch. Sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen. Die Zimmer zu den Innenhöfen sind trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Für vier Steine wirklich ausgezeichnet. Pool, Fitness und Wellness konnte ich leider nicht testen .

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very well located and conveniently accessed by public transport. Nice clean rooms, very comfy. Very polite and helpful staff, friendly service. Swimming pool and sauna is a nice addition to a general hotel services, that are on a high level. The breakfast is very nice, with good choice of dishes offered. The restaurant menu is very good as well. In addition, with membership program, points are awarded for each stay and can be used towards free nights in different Radisson hotels.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I really like this hotel and its prefered option for me when I stay in Basel. All services are great, very kind staff, helpfull. Environment is well designed and look just great. I choose this hotel always mainly because I can also do something for my health here, every evening to spend a bit of time in sauna is just great and its real energy booster for me. Probably the only comment I will have is for the breakfast, in compare with Hilton or Ramada the breakfast is not worth of its price. Overall rating is EXCELENT!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Super Hotel. Wir waren eine Nacht in Basel und haben uns erstmalig für das Hotel entschieden. Würden jederzeit wieder hierher zurück kommen. Toller Schwimmbereich, schönes Zimmer und super nette Mitarbeiter, die auf all unsere Wünsche zuvorkommend und freundlich reagiert haben. Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich übernachte geschäftlich (DB) in diesem Hotel. Mir gefällt das Hotel sehr gut. Die Zimmer könnten etwas grösser sein, aber man schläft ja *nur* dort. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Service sind immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In den Zimmern befinden sich Pflegeprodukte, sowie Tee und Kaffeepulver inkl. Wasserkocher. Es gibt auch Zimmer mit Nespressomaschine und Kapseln. Die Bar finde ich sehr modern und ansprechend. Diese ist morgens gleichzeitig der Frühstücksraum. Auch beim Frühstück gibt es nichts zu meckern. Es ist alles da, was man für den Start in den Tag benötigt. Für mich könnten die Bettes etwas weicher sein, aber da hat ja jeder seine eigene Meinung.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Das Wochenende war wie das Wetter, Sonneschein, absolute Atmosphäre, super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, ausreichendes Frühstück, die Zimmer sind sehr in Ordnung, man fühlt sich nicht nur wohl sonder auch sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Stadtnähe ist sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen, man siehte es auch an den Leuten in der Stadt, die freundliche und gelöste Gesichter, war wirklich ein Genuss. Fantastische Erfahrung: Der Aufenthalt im Radisson Blu Basel war sehr angenehm - wir bekamen einen Parkplatz in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage, was uns den Ärger der Parkplatzsuche ersparte. Nach einem kleinen Problem bei der Technik im Zimmer wurde sofort eine Lösung gefunden, Herr Fakri kam noch spät abends um uns zu helfen und war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch, direkt neben der Innenstadt und fussläufig 5-6 Minuten zum Rhein. Da konnte das Auto problemlos in der Garage bleiben und wir haben die schöne Stadt so erkundet. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat uns auch 1-2 schöne Tipps gegeben zum sight-seeing. Zu guter Letzt hat das Hotel einen schönen Fitness & Spa Bereich und scheinbar als Einziges einen indoor Pool - was überaus angenehm zu genießen war! Alles in allem ein schöner Ausflug in die Schweiz :-) vielen Dank!

Der Service war hervorragend, Herr Weber vom Empfang war unglaublich freundlich und umsichtig, das Zimmer war sehr schön und auch der grosse Pool wurde ausgiebig von uns genutzt. Das Frühstück am reichhaltigen Buffet hat uns jeden Morgen mit der nötigen Energie versorgt um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Ambiente in der Lobby total schön, sehr sehr sauber. Die Zimmer - ein Traum, wir hatten unseren Hund mit dabei ( Welpe), total nett, im Zimmer erwartete uns eine total Nette Überraschung sowohl für den Hund, als auch für uns ???? Kiara (Hund) bekam eine Decke und Leckerlis total nett hergerichtet. Wir bekamen ein nettes Wilkommensgeschenk eine Schokoladenvariation. Die Zimmer waren ein Traum, die Sauberkeit muss man echt erwähnen, sowohl im Badezimmer/WC als auch das Zimmer waren TOP !!! Dankeschön an das gesamte Personal, die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz 1 A ! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig groß, total viel Auswahl, auch kann man al a cart bestellen. Es gibt auch einen super Spa Bereich mit Pool, Sauna, Fitness Raum. Also wenn wir wiedermal in Basel sind dann ist es 100% wieder das Radissonblu. Wir sagen danke und aufwiedersehen

Fantastische Erfahrung: Wir hatten wieder einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Radisson Blu Basel, die Zimmer sind immer sauber und schön (und es hat - für uns ein riesiges Plus - viele USB-Steckdosen zum laden aller Geräte), unseres war ausserdem wirklich gross und gut ausgestattet! Besonders möchten wir aber auch wieder die kompetenten und freundlichen Mitarbeitenden (v.a. Nina und Charlotte beim Check-in und Check-out, aber auch das Personal beim Frühstück) hervorheben; so macht ein Aufenthalt in Basel gleich nochmal mehr Freude! Auch wenn das Hotel von Aussen auf den ersten Blick vielleicht nicht speziell erscheinen mag; es lohnt sich absolut mit der gediegenen Atmosphäre und Stil, einem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, dem Pool und einem wunderbaren Frühstück! Positive Erfahrung: Hôtel bien placé au centre ville tram et bus juste à côté. Les chambres sont spacieuses propre et fonctionnelles. Le personnel à l'accueil est très sympa, souriant et à l'écoute. La piscine se trouve au 1er étage doté d'un grand bassin ( l'eau un peu fraiche) et de deux saunas il y a une salle de fitness également. C'est vrai le ménage n'est pas au top mais ce n'est à fuir en courant. Il y a un restaurant assez jolie et moderne avec un beau bar mais nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de l'essayer. Le petit déjeuner est assez complet on peux de demander des omelettes ou autres envie avec un responsable très serviable et présent pour ces clients ( Monsieur avec une houpette sur la tête) Nous étions très surpris de cet hôtel on ne peux dire que à bientôt et ça sera avec plaisir. Fantastische Erfahrung: What a lovely stay. Recommended! The hotel is located in city center and offers a quick access to all the attractions in the city. It is modern and well equipped. It has a very nice swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and a gym. It also has a restaurant. Free water, chocolate and coffee at the reception. The breakfast was great! What surprised me the most was the kindness of the staff. All of them were very happy to help and kind. I would definitely go back again .

Positive Erfahrung: Très bon hôtel. L'accueil était très bien, la piscine est parfaite, la chambre extrêmement confortable. Par contre, le petit déjeuner est très décevant. Il est certes varié et les produits sont bons mais le service est lamentable. Au lieu de nous accompagner à une table prête, on nous a dit de choisir une place. Sauf qu'aucune table n'était disponible. Nous avons dû demander à être débarrassées puis avons attendu que la table soit redressée pour finalement le faire nous mêmes. Au buffet, la moitié des plats étaient vides et nous avons attendu 45mn du pain frais. Au moment où il est arrivé notre bacon et nos oeufs étaient froid et nous n'avions plus envie de manger. En outre on ne nous a jamais demandé ce que nous voulions boire alors que les machines à café étaient hors service.

Positive Erfahrung: A nice place for a short stay, let down only by the need for a really good deep clean and freshen up. Quite a good location, near to town centre, pubs and restaurants. The breakfast is good, with good service and friendly staff. Rooms are pretty good. There's a 'damp' smell around the building, which is odd. Overall good for a short stay in Basel.

Zuvorkommendes Personal, bequeme Betten, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, feines Frühstück, zentrale Lage. Einzig die Wassertemperatur des Pools ist nur etwas für Schwimmer und nicht für Bader. Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich mag die Kette und bin jetzt auch endlich Mitglied. Das Personal ist so professionell und freundlich, dass man sich gleich willkommen fühlt. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, tolles Interieur, sehr kuscheliges Bettzeug und was für ein wunderschöner Holzfußboden… Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Badewanne vorhanden! Die Lage ist gut, da alles fußläufig erreicht werden kann aber auch eine Straßenbahn vor der Tür hält. Tipps für Ausflüge und den besten Weg hin bekommt man freundlich an der Rezeption. Keine Mankos, gerne wieder! Ach, doch: eine Kleinigkeit! Die Laufbänder sind ein bisschen veraltet.

Positive Erfahrung: A tad bit disappointed by some aspects of the room (they have a swimming pool but there are no robes nor slippers in the room - the mini bar was empty and dirty) but I still had a nice night of sleep and great breakfast. Happy anyway, I'd recommend without a doubt. Parking is available on site (20€/night) and location is perfect: right in between Munsterplatz and Markthalle!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Recently stayed here for 3 nights. Can’t fault the stay at all - the service was second to none. Stayed in 7 Star hotels elsewhere and can honestly say the staff here were more helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Ali on reception was very helpful with check in and assisted us in providing general advice about the city, directions etc. Also, I would like to commend Nick the manager who saw me struggling with two young children en route to breakfast and came to assist, served me tea at breakfast and also helped to load up the car etc to make my life easier. He even contacted our hotel cologne which we were travelling to next to let them know about our arrival in advance so that when we arrived there we had such a smooth check in and experience. It was great to see a manager lead his staff by example. Highly recommend.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Rarely have we experienced such a fine and hospitable hotel. Swiss hospitality runs as smoothly as the famous Swiss watches. Everything about this hotel exudes quality and comfort that makes any business traveller feel instantly at ease. Now it was the case that we stayed here with children.... And the surprise was great to see how good and warm the welcome was for the young travellers! (9 and 2). I can't give anything else but a big 10 to this hotel! If giving an 11 would also have been possible, that extra point is due to the beds, simply wonderful!

Das Hotel Radisson blue in Basel beherbergte Kunstturnerinnen und Kunstturner aus 5 Nationen, sowie die Offiziellen und Kampfrichter des Europäischen Verbandes. Es mussten strikte Massnahmen zum Schutz vor Covid-Ansteckungen durch das Hotel umgesetzt werden. Fazit: Das Management und das Personal des Radisson blue hat herausragende Leistungen erbracht und alle zufrieden gestellt. Das Personal ist aussergewöhnlich freundlich und dienstbereit. Die Sportler und die Offiziellen haben die sehr angenehmen Zimmer und das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet sehr geschätzt. Alle Einrichtungen waren sehr sauber. Maximalnote ist mehr als verdient!

You can go down to the Irish Pub at the street corner or other jointa the next lane. Walkable distance to the theatre and other markets. The tram stops right infront which is an added convenience.

Positive Erfahrung: Vor dem Essen gehen noch ein Cocktail trinken und das schöne Ambiente geniessen. Wir empfanden den kurzen aufenthalt als sehr angenehm und schön. Einziger abzug war, weil die service dame alleine war und wir ein wenig lang warten musste und auch wenn wir sehr stolz sind das sie Karton röhrchen benutzen, war es schade weil beim mojito muss man rühren und dabei lösste sich der karton rasch auf und dabei veränderte es den geschmack des Drinks, lösung wäre villeicht ein kleiner metal löffel mitzugeben damit man damit rühren kann. Sonst alles super. Aber es hatte auch genug kundschaft. Dies soll aber niemandem die laune verderben den es ist sehr schön und angenehm. Das Service personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Couple of them answered phone but nobody speak English or no rooms available and the answer was you are calling so lately and directly hanging the phone BUTTTT Sybill Guldiman from Raddison Blue Hotel was there like a saver of our night. She picked up the phone with very good English and act very quick and within no time room was ready incl. baby bed. We arrived the hotel 5 min after, she even came to parking garage to help us with doors and luggages❤️❤️❤️. She understand situation and show us the room and the baby can sleep directly. Positive Erfahrung: I've stayed here several times now, and the experience has been quite consistent over the years. The rooms are clean and generally inviting. The separate beds on slats pushed together often becomes a 2am circus, and while not uncomfortable, they really aren't great either. The bathroom situation in the rooms flat-out stinks. Picture an Amtrak bathroom without the drain and intent. With undersized bath, end up with legs half under sink while taking care of business, shower door may randomly swing out at you. Speaking of which, shower doors often don't seal as expected and leave a respectable pond in bathroom after. This place desperately needs to modernize bathrooms compared to other area hotels, but given the history, I get they are making do with what have. Otherwise, service is pretty good, location is decent, and it hasnt killed me yet - though the 2ft drop out from the shower might.

Positive Erfahrung: The hotel is nice actually. Rooms are standard European size and the decoration is beautiful. Just not up to the Radisson Blu standard. For example, in every Radisson Blu I stayed (8 in total) they’d have complimentary mineral water on the room. In this one, the minibar is completely empty, not to talk about complimentary items. So overall it’s a nice place, but they’re missing those small, simple (and inexpensive) touches that show they care for the guests.

Das Hotelzimmer ist schon etwas älter und hat einen großen Pool im 70er Farbenpracht fast schon Kult. Frühstück mit hausgemachten Räucherlachs, viel Obst aber tageweise etwas unkoordinierten Service . Der Etagenservice wusste auch nicht die Öffnungszeiten des Pools

Fantastische Erfahrung: Camera molto bella, spaziosa e arredata con cura. Posizione comoda per poter visitare la città. Colazione molto ricca. La struttura dispone anche di un parcheggio, che però forse è leggermente costoso (30 franchi al giorno), considerato che intorno non ci sono altre possibilità di parcheggio. Nonostante l'hotel fosse in ristrutturazione, non è stato avvertito alcun disagio.

Fantastische Erfahrung: What can I say about this hotel and its staff? All I can say is, it was damn worth my stay in Basel, at this hotel. Reception staff were amazing. Jonas was very helpful and went an extra mile to help us. Jean at the breakfast restaurant was so good with hotel residents. He made you feel comfortable and lightened up your day. He danced his way to serve you The GM of the hotel, Nicola, was down to earth and very approachable. He even sent us a birthday cake and card to our with best wishes. The swimming pool, steam room and sauna were also a perfect place to revitalize your well being. Their breakfast was delicious especially their Quiche and Omelette freshly prepared by their chef. I would come here everyday for breakfast if I lived in Basel . Location of this hotel was perfect in Basel. You can get anywhere from here using the trams. Hotel also had a party when we arrived. Good food, drinks and dance were on their menu and as residents we were invited too! I have never got this kind of service from any other hotels I have stayed across Europe. If I were you, Radisson blu is for you

Positive Erfahrung: Wir waren über Silvester zu Gast und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als jemand der viel und gerne reist, weiß ich sowas sehr zu schätzen. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, wenn auch laut der Begrüßungskarte für jemand anderen hergerichtet. Halb so wild, immerhin war Neujahr - Geschäftsbetrieb. Das Zimmer selbst sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war reichlich und dennoch übersichtlich & frisch. Auch hier wieder 5* Sterne und ein großes Lob an das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Das Hotel selbst ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar gewesen aber die Kosten für das Parkhaus in höhe von 30CHF sind einfach zu hoch. Hier rentiert sich dann doch eher die Anreise mit Bus & Bahn. Den Wellnessbereich muss man unterteilen in Pool und Sauna-Bereich. Pool: Pro: Es ist kein Pool, sondern ein Schwimmbad. Riesig für ein Hotel und ohne Aufpreis. Top. Contra: Der Bereich scheint zumindest optisch bereits in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Passt leider nicht zum restlichen modernen und stilvollem Ambiente der gesamten Anlage. Sauna: Neben Sauna auch ein Dampfbad vorhanden. Mehr benötigt man kaum. Auch hier wieder ohne Aufpreis nutzbar gewesen. Auch ein Fitnessstudio ist vorhanden aber dieses haben wir in der kurzen Zeit dann nicht mehr genutzt. Alles in allem ein Ort den wir wärmstens als bleibe weiterempfehlen können.

Leider war die Herrentoilette nicht wirklich sauber, der Boden war sogar klebrig (ich will lieber nicht wissen, wieso). Alles in allem ein mässiges Erlebnis.

Me gustó mucho el detalle de bienvenida de poner unos chocolates de Läderach (los mejores de Basel para mí) y la botella ee gaseosa suiza, que sabía a medicina pero era muy curiosa. La habitación que me tocó era un pelín justita de espacio, pero correcta. En definitiva, un buen hotel y una gran opción para una estancia de trabajo o placer en Basel.

Avec un upgrade, très belle chambre, et petites attentions (chocolats, spray pour oreiller, etc..) Le petit déjeuner buffet est très complet, avec des produits frais, mais est un peu cher (30.-) Piscine également très agréable pour se détendre avant de sortir en ville :) Réception très professionnelle, déjeuner offert suite à un petit soucis en chambre. Restaurant Filini très bon Parking payant (30.-), ou alors le Parkhaus Elisabethen (un peu moins cher et plus de place) à 2min à pieds

Positive Erfahrung: A very nice hotel that is very well situated and close to a number of sights to see in Basel, including the zoo and an old church. The restaurant at the hotel is also quite good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had with the hotel is the bathroom in our room. The door was all glass, and offered nearly no privacy; This could be an issue depending on who you're traveling with and/or your own level of comfort as pertains to privacy. Also, there was a door in the room that I presume is there so one can pass between rooms if, say, you happened to need two rooms (traveling as a large group/family for example). This door was unlocked, and at one point, early in the morning, someone attempted to enter our room through this door, and then quickly shut it. It was startling to say the least. We proceeded to barricade the door with a chair to prevent further entry. We informed the desk clerk, who apologized, and seemed just as confused as we were. So, if you do stay here, and don't want whoever coming into your room in the dark of the night, I suggest you have someone from the hotel lock such a door.

Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni (œuf, saucisse, bacon, fromage, jambon mais aussi fruits, différents jus, croissants , pain....) Nous avions la chambre 448 et il y avait un problème avec le système de chauffage. Le problème a été vite réglé avec un chauffage d'appoint vu que nous ne voulions pas déménager. Donc généralement nous sommes très satisfaits de cet hôtel

Naja, schade, aber wahrscheinlich sind die Allemannischen Arbeitskräfte billiger, für mich ein Grund nicht mehr hin zu gehen... trotzdem, das Essen war topp und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung im Foyer ist sehr altbacken und wackelig. So kenne ich es aus den 80er Jahren. Ich war relativ lange im Wartebereich, gerne hätte ich etwas getrunken, aber es wurde nicht gefragt... Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse sehr schwach...

Aus der Tiefgarage kommt man nur durch eine 60cm Tür, Lift war keiner ersichtlich, irgendwie komisch. Das Personal ist freundlich, gibt sich Mühe und das Restaurant ist sicherlich auch gut, nur der Zi.Preis ist deutlich zu hoch. Bei dem Preis weiterfahren Richtung Messe/Basel, da stimmt nach meiner Erfahrung bei den umliegenden Hotels Preis/Leistung.

I was staying in a business room which was bigger than average Basel hotel rooms. A big disappointment for me was the bathroom. They use ugly, stinky plastic curtains god knows for how long. and this thing touches you while you are having a shower. Also bath tap requires a manual to start the shower head, I think this is the most challenging thing on frequent travellers' life. Location: great, also very close to nice restaurants.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I visited this hotel four or five times. The first time I was given a small, dark room in the first floor and I was disappointed. Since then I always asked for a big bright room and the service was excellent all the time. Once I was given a room with access to the roof terrace but the door was locked. I asked them to open it and they did so I had access to the entire terrace. I have to say this is a YES attitude hotel where they always do all they can to satisfy the customer.

Leider wurde im ganzen Fasnachtstress unsere Bestellung falsch abgewickelt und uns wurde was anderes Serviert. Nach längere Wartezeit haben wir dann doch unser Essen bekommen.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Sehr schönes Hotel. Mein gebuchtes Zimmer hatte Aussicht auf die Zufahrtsstraße zur Steinen, was ich aber nicht als Nachteil werte da es ruhig im Zimmer ist. Über Mahlzeiten kann ich leider nichts sagen, Frühstück habe ich leider verschlafen und Abendessen hatte ich in einem anderen Restaurant.
