Negative Erfahrung: I don’t know where to begin with this place. Service is mid. Check in was annoying, slow, clumsy and room wasn’t ready even though we requested early check in months in advance. Mind you this was at 2pm. Wait staff are generally great - attentive, knowledgeable. Property: Aged, dingy, cheap decor that looks and feels like it was made in a cheap factory. Not sure how this is anything above a 3 star property. Restaurants: ate at the Michelin restaurant- don’t waste your time or money. Presentation was ok, food was below average, and the service was mediocre. Left dirty plates on tables, didn’t swap for clean utensils between courses. Staff was good. Italian place was good. Do your self a favor, stay in Grindelwald - no point in staying at this overpriced, very average place.

Die Hintergrundmusik war angenehm und hat zur entspannten Stimmung beigetragen, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Moritz und Gabi, die unseren Abend unvergesslich gemacht haben. Beide waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr gut informiert über die umfangreiche Cocktailkarte. Ihre Empfehlungen waren perfekt, und ihr Engagement für exzellenten Service war deutlich zu spüren. Fantastische Erfahrung: Unser Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten im Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa war erste Klasse. Die Einrichtung vereint den rustikalen, alpinen Stil mit dem Modernen gekonnt was das Zimmer elegant, zeitlos und sehr gemütlich macht. In der Wellness-Anlage mit dem schönen Aussenpool konnten wir wunderbar entspannen, bevor wir an der Hotelbar einen tollen Abend mit Freunden verbracht haben. Das Housekeeping-Team leistet hervorragende Arbeit was wir sehr schätzten. Allgemein ist das Personal sehr zuvorkommend wodurch man sich an diesem schönen Ort sehr wohl fühlt und gerne wiederkommt. Sowieso ist Interlaken eine Reise wert, uns gefallen die vielfältigen kulinarischen Möglichkeiten sehr. Zimmer: Sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet Fußläufigkeit: Trotz sehr zentraler Lage ist es sehr ruhig im Hotel.

Positive Erfahrung: Ne-ar fi plăcut să avem mai mult timp în care să vizităm Interlaken... Am avut aproape o oră, în drumul nostru spre Adelboden... Am admirat peisajul, lacul, mulțimea de parapantiști...hotelurile, magazinele, atmosfera specific elvețiană... Și cam atât... Poate că vom mai ajunge aici... și vom avea timp pe îndelete... Who knows?

Negative Erfahrung: Cet hôtel possède une magnifique terrasse fleurie. Nous avons prix une coupe Romanof, malheureusement nous avons été très déçus, trois petites boules de glace vanille et crème chantilly et trois misérables petites tranches de fraise pour 15.-Sfr. Et pour ce prix, il n'y a même pas une petite serviette pour s'essuyer la bouche.

Positive Erfahrung: Hotel muito bonito! Atendimento muito agradável na recepção do carro e na recepção principal. Mas fui muito mal atendido na recepção do spa. Atendente grosseira. Mas o quarto era bonito e confortável. Faltava manutenção no chuveiro do quarto. Estava vazando e a água alagou o banheiro.

Negative Erfahrung: Great building...poor service...very commercial...50-70% over priced/night based on service, even, for Switzerland Hotel experience is made up of the (a) building and (b) service provided by the staff. Building is great. Everything to do with service is non-existenting. We were on our honeymoon trip - would not recommend this Interlaken hotel (may pass for CHF 700/night; definitely not at $2000/night). Far Superior hotels in Zurich (Storchen), St. Moritz (Badrutt's Palace) and Zermatt (The Omnia) - worth the 1200-1400 CHF/night. Room: Reserved DELUXE JUNIOR SUITE with buffet breakfast. Good view of Jungfraujoch. Room size was reasonable. Bathroom was understocked for 2 (bath towels, hand towels, wash cloth...) and fixtures were few. Plus: Good bath tub. Suggestion: Do not ask for anything extra (like wine glass, bottle opener...we are back in the US and still waiting for it, lol) Conceirge: Jose', Chief Concierge, is very knowledgeable, witty and pleasant. Arranged for pickup and dropoff from Interlaken OST and West train stations. Made necessary reservations for Jungfraujoch trip. Breakfast Buffet: Not a very lavish spread by Swiss standards. Most items like Benedicts...are extra and for a charge. Service is very very slow and orders are prone to multiple errors due to the the demographics of the service providers hired by the hotel management. Service staff for buffet at Storchen, Badrutts Palace and Zermatt was just fantastic (truly credit the demographics, there). Please do not look up at the ceiling of the La Terrasse restaurant. Strewn with cobwebs. Spa area: Very crowded with ill-mannered teenagers running around and creating chaos and nuisance (again, the management has chosen to cater to this demographics). Hot tubs (both should be labelled as cold tubs) Overall, I cannot recommend this property. Regarding hotels in Zurich (Storchen), St. Moritz (Badrutts Palace) and Zermatt (The Omnia); I have no hesitation in recommending them. Date of stay: 1st week of July 2024 Tip: Avoid this property at CHF2000/night. At CHP 700 - 1000/night for a suite, you may give it a try if you are still inclined to stay at this prperty and enjoy challenges.

Positive Erfahrung: The service overall was good, but we had two key issues: 1. Their in room dining menu is very limited. For a hotel at this price point I'd expect more options. 2. On our check out day, I called at 1150am for help with our luggage, as our transport was arriving at 12pm. At 12pm still nobody had come and I followed up as I settled our bill at reception. It took until 1225pm before we had all of our bags in the cars. We do have a lot of bags (perhaps 8 suitcases and 8 loose bags), but I still don't think it should have taken 35 minutes. Overall I think the hotel is good and I'd stay again. In particular, they have a great gym for a hotel.

Positive Erfahrung: Mein Aufenthalt war eine Katastrophe, wir zahlten für drei Nächte, blieben aber nur zwei Nächte, da der Concierge völliger Unsinn war und keine Ahnung von der Unterkunft hatte. Abgesehen vom fantastischen Gourmetrestaurant (mit einem Michelin-Stern ausgezeichnet) war das Essen mittelmäßig. Nicht vergleichbar mit anderen 5-Sterne-Luxusresorts, die wir in der Schweiz erlebt haben.

Fantastische Erfahrung: We want to give a special shoutout to Moritz, who helped us at the cigar bar. His service was incredible - he went out of his way explaining cigars, serving us drinks, and making great conversation. We also had great service throughout the rest of the hotel and restaurants, but Moritz went above and beyond. We truly treasured our experience here and would love to come back.

Negative Erfahrung: Beautiful property, but don’t go here if you want to relax. The staff don’t care if parents let their kids RUN around the indoor pool, scream at the top of their lungs, or jump off the jacuzzis into the pool. I asked if there was a pool for adults or where screaming is not allowed, and they directed me to the outdoor pool next to the Kids Playground. Edit: I changed my review from 2 to 1 stars because it’s not just the pool. Children are allowed to run around screaming throughout the hotel.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Was sollen wir sagen? Wir haben uns entschieden, unsere Hochzeit dort zu feiern und es war perfekt. Es war 100% die richtige Entscheidung. Von der Unterstützung und Planung durch Frau Dänzer, bis hin zum Probeessen, der anschliessenden Essensbesprechung und dem Besuch vom Hoteldirektor persönlich war alles perfekt. Der Hochzeitsabend verlief absolut nach unseren Vorstellungen. Wir hatten keinerlei Beschwerden und es gab auch keine Diskussionen. Das gesamte Arrangement entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Die Torte, die wunderschöne Suite, welche wir für die Hochzeitsnacht bekamen, die schöne Blumendeko, der Top Service, wir können alles empfehlen. Haben am Freitag vor dem Fest bereits im Sappori gegessen und es war hervorragend wie immer, am Tag darauf haben wir in der La Brasserie gefrühstückt und es war ebenfalls einfach top. Wir bedanken uns beim gesamten Staff des Victoria Jungfrau für diesen wunderschönen und unvergesslichen Tag. Wir kommen bald wieder auf einen Besuch ;)

Fantastische Erfahrung: My husband and I spent a week here as a home base while in Switzerland. The staff here is amazing and very accommodating. It had several dining options for the days we didn't want to go far to eat and beautiful views of Interlaken. Zimmer: The rooms were comfortable and extremely clean. Aktivitäten in der Nähe: Paragliding, hiking, dining. Fußläufigkeit: This centrally located hotel offered easy access to the train station, restaurants and other sites. We walked EVERYWHERE! Nennenswertes: From desk staff to housekeeping, the fine folks at this hotel as kind and hospitable.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ja also das ist ein Hotel, wie ausm Film. Wenn man auf high class schicki micki steht ist das genau dein Ding. Ich habe dort nur die Seminarräume genutzt um einen Vortrag zu halten und war sowohl vom grossen als auch vom kleinen Raum begeistert. Es hat einen älteren Charm ohne kitschig zu sein und ist aber sehr modern nachgerüstet. Tolles Catering rund um das Event und wenn man Touristenorte mag ist die Lage und überhaupt Interlaken einen Besuch wert. Man muss aber sagen, dass die Zimmerpreise selbst die Preise der Deutschen Bahn in den Schatten stellen. Also knall harte Zimmerpreise ab 600 chf sind erst der Anfang. Daher habe ich nur das Seminar dort gemacht und nicht übernachtet.

Negative Erfahrung: Before I write this. You should sort reviews by lowest. Apparently someone had their room broken into at midnight in late 2023 and hotel said no such thing happened. Only problem I see is that the chair and table are the exact ones in my room, so I wonder who is lying. If I knew about this security risk, I wouldn’t even bother coming. Onto the hotel. Scrooge mcduck with any requests. Nickle and dime you on every expense. By the way, the comments about 1 water in your room is no joke. Hell, my bernice mountain dog drinks more than a bottle of water a day. On the topic of dog. Front door staff is complete dog poop. Unless you tip them, even asking a question is too much. They simply want to be left the hell alone. Have a question, go ask concierge if you are lucky or they may throw you at the front desk. I notice how a lot of staff do not want to help and would prefer to push you off onto others. Restaurant. Choking hazard with a dish we ordered. If it was a child, I would have already sued the restaurant. I love how the staff said “oh you know, things like this happen periodically”. Very falsely apologetic and then charge us for the full bill. When I say choking hazard, I am talking about bones on a piece of meat that should not be there in any place in the world. Unless you’re eating like a caveman, that object should not have bones. Room. Love how they put restaurant as outdoor seating so when you are above the 3rd floor, you hear diners all night long past midnight. No ac or heat right now. When I think of Switzerland, I think of quality and service. This felt more like a log cabin run by a bunch of people who felt you should be bothering them except handling your credit card. And yes, I am blistering with my review but when you pay 1,500 a night for a 5 star hotel when in reality it is a 1 star barn, it can be a bit infuriating.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Waren zum Essen dort eingeladen, einfach nur Mega ,es hat alles gestimmt von der Vorspeise bis zum Nachtisch . Das ganze drum herum einfach nur spitze, Der Service war der Hammer ,immer sehr bemüht. Wenn man in Interlaken ist, sollte man unbedingt diese Lokal mindestens einmal besuchen. Wir kommen 100% wieder.

Positive Erfahrung: Our stay at the Victoria Jungfrau was a mix of positives and negatives. The arrival and check-in process were smooth, with a valet service and friendly staff. However, the room we paid to upgrade for a view of the Jungfrau faced a noisy street, making it less enjoyable than expected. The room itself was standard, though our dog was warmly welcomed with thoughtful amenities like a bed, bowls, and treats. The hotel’s decor felt dated despite claims of renovations, and the amenities didn’t match the appealing photos we saw online. The minibar was stocked but came at an extra cost. There were small touches in the room, such as fresh fruit and a bottle of water, but these were quite basic. The toiletries provided, including soap and shampoo, had an outdated scent and quality, which detracted from the experience. Dining was a letdown, with the Italian restaurant and brasserie terrace offering “ok“ food at high prices. However, the breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The spa was a highlight, featuring lovely, quiet pools and an exceptional massage experience, which we highly recommend. The hotel caters to a diverse clientele, and we noticed many guests from the Gulf region and China. There were dress code reminders, although most guests dressed casually, which felt out of place given the hotel’s atmosphere. Despite being one of the priciest hotel in its category we’ve stayed at, the overall experience didn’t justify the cost. In comparison, we have had much better experiences in similarly priced hotels in Zurich and Lausanne The parking fee was reasonable, but our request for EV charging was overlooked, which could have been inconvenient. While the Victoria Jungfrau has some positives like its spa, breakfast, and generally pleasant staff, the overall experience fell short of our expectations.

Negative Erfahrung: I should’ve read the reviews before going on with booking a very expensive room that I can barely even open my luggage in the tiniest place on earth that felt like a prison! Upon our arrival we were told that parking costs 35 franks per day, like we have not paid enough for the room already! Despite the suffocating room, the noise and the music coming from the streets will not make you able to rest at night. The service was totally horrible and awful and you would wait an hour to get a towel or even a bucket of ice! Later on, I could not stand how small the room is, so I upgraded to suite, had to pay an extra of 1000 franks for the other room. Surprisingly, the service was way better when I got the suite! They are literally looking out for your money and nothing else! You pay? You get good service. Otherwise this would be hell not a hotel. One more thing, THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONER! They have the set up for it but it doesn’t work! So the room is boiling hot. When we called to get it on, they said it’s centeral and we can’t control it. A 5 STARS HOTEL EVERYONE, cannot turn on your own AC. So be prepared to sweat all night. Terrible terrible hotel. Ruined my honeymoon when we chose this place. SAVE YOUR MONEY. And don’t fall for them. Note: workers at the reception are very rude, the asian lady literally gave us side eye and rude looks just because we were asking about upgrading our tiny room. Men workers on the other side, specially people responsible for our car and luggage were very nice and careful and helpful! They were the only positive thing in this hotel.

Fantastische Erfahrung: It was very pleasant stay and they welcome us with a delicious chocolate in the room for our honeymoon. The room was so clean and it would be better if we got the front Mountie view as it was so beautiful The only thing was not mentioned from the very beginning that we have to pay for the car parking and this is the only thing disappointing as we already paid a huge amount for our stay per night !

Fantastische Erfahrung: Mon séjour s’est très bien passé. Grâce à l’hôtel card, une belle réduction sur la junior suite supérieur. Elle est spacieuse, calme et avec une vue sur la pyramide suisse du Niesen. Le spa et la piscine sont très bien et propres. Le buffet du petit déjeuner n’est pas très grand mais suffisant et de qualité. Le personnel se soucie de ses hôtes et a été très agréable.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I'm not one who usually go for Luxury hotels but after my stay here in 2023 because I was visiting places crash landing on you filming sites I just had to rebook Victoria Jungfrau again for my stay in 2024! Service was exceptional, staff helped with the luggage immediately, reception was extremely friend and informed about the area and activities to do! We were brought up to our room and was given more info about the hotel aswell! Was given an upgrade and got a room with the view of the Jungfrau. Rooms were extremely clean. Though I wished minibar was free haha. Comfy colour tones used in the rooms. Bathroom is well equipped with a sort of high tech toilet. Breakfast is extremely worth it and delightful! As an asian I am glad rice is offered. The juices were fresh and fruits were fresh too! There was a lot of option and also the breakfast room wasn't super crowded. Location is a 15 minute walk from the station but with the view and the fact its in the center of Interlaken it doesn't bother me. I am definitely coming back here every time I am in Swiss!

Overall really nice rooms. Hotel places (e.g pool) The pool was really good, with high quality water. Big, with two jacuzzis. Also, there is a brine pool outside with bubbles and is very warm :) Kids club was amazing! Stunning! For kids from 3-12. The house was clean, with loads of activities for different kids. Includes: play area, library, music room, gaming room, art room and a playground outside, the kids club has a storage room for different sports like football, badminton and more. There is also lunch so that’s awesome. Incredible kids club. Staff Staff in all services were nice and helpful Location Location was good Food We did NOT enjoy the food. Pizzeria was ok but the rest of the food was not good Overall we enjoyed our stay but the food should be better. Positive Erfahrung: Der Aufenthalt war im ganzen O.K. Obwohl wir früher da waren konnten wir erst eine Viertelstunde nach der gesagten Uhrzeit ind Zimmer, sonst war alles ganz gut. Das Morgenessen ist nicht wirklich speziell, eher wie Mann es vom 4+ kennt. Der SPA ist dafür genial, es hat ein Dampfbad, Whirlpool's, ein grossen Pool und, das Highlight, ein Aussenpool. Wenn es draussen kalt ist, kann man das ungefähr 32° warmen Wasser Outdoor geniessen, und sich mit diesem wunderschönen Ausblick verwöhnen lassen. Fazit: Wenn man schöne Aussichten liebt, ist das genau ihr Hotel. Das einzige was manche Menschen nervt ist dass es in Interlaken sehr viele Menschen aus Asien gibt, die sich teilweise anderst verhalten. Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind nicht gut und nicht schlecht, ein 4er Aktivitäten in der Nähe: Es gibt viele tolle Sachen die man machen kann. Man kann Fallschirm springen (Was sehr beliebt ist), es gibt einen der schönsten MC Donalds falls sie mit Kinder reisen, der Bahnhof ist auch in der Nähe, und abgesehen davon gibt es unzählige Souvenirshops. Speisen und Getränke: Der Roomservice ist sehr empfehlenswert, das Morgenessen ist O.K, sonst gibt es eine handvoll Restaurants in der Nähe, aber nicht alle sehen sehr gut aus.

Positive Erfahrung: We came for the afternoon tea which is supposedly one of the best in Switzerland. We forgot to mention that we were vegetarian when we booked. Upon arrival, we were somewhat lectured by the staff that you always have to specify in advance and that it's impossible to adapt the food and that we messed up. It made us feel very unwelcome and a bit out of place. In 2024, it should not be abnormal to not want meat in a 5 star hotel. It's a shame to pay 45 francs per person to not get the whole experience because the chef couldn't be bothered to make 3 sandwiches. On the bright side, the tea was good and besides their rigid instructions (which I'm sure they can't do anything about) the staff was very friendly.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Unser Aufhenthalt im Hotel und Restaurant war einfach perfekt! Vom Moment unserer Ankunft bis zur Abreise wurden wir von herzlichen und freundlichen Personal betreut. Der Hotelkirektor selbst war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Essen im Restaurant war absolut köstlich. Die Vielfalt an Gerichten und die Qualität waren beeindruckend. Das Hotelzimmer war komfortabel und sauber. Der Service im Hotel war aussergewöhnlich. Jedes Mitglied des Personal war hilfsbereit undimmer mit Lächeln auf den Lippen. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel und Restaurant ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Wir können das Hotel und Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Negative Erfahrung: Liebe Geschäftsleitung Ich schreibe grundsätzlich nicht gerne negative Rückmeldungen. Heute ist jedoch zu viel passiert: - Lange nicht bedient worden - Freunde bestellten "Spezial Afternoon Tea", mir wurde dies ohne zu fragen auch serviert. Ich dachte, es sei es Geste des Hauses, da der eine Freund Geburtstag hatte. Nehme ich auf meine Kappe - wo gibt es denn schon heute etwas gratis... - 2 Warmgetränke waren inkludiert. Da ich weder Tee noch Kaffee oder heisse Schokolade mag, bestellte ich eine Cola Zero. Nach rund 15(!) Minuten warten, kam eine zusätzliche Servicefachangestellte, die mir eine normale Cola servierte. Ich machte sie auf den Irrtum aufmerksam, was sie nicht gerade kundenfreundlich entgegennahm. Augenrollen und Aufschreie gehören sich nicht in dieser Branche, schon gar nicht vor den Augen der Konsumenten. - Champagner wurde zu einem Aufpreis von CHF 10.-- pro Glas angeboten. Siehe Abschnitt "Am Ende"... - Während der Konsumation wurde nicht nachgefragt, ob allfällige Wünsche erfüllt werden können. Abgesehen davon, dass Sie dabei nicht mehr verdienen, haben sie unzufriedene Gäste. Auf Drängen unsererseits konnten wir nochmals (inkludierten) Tee sowie eine zweite Cola (Zero) nachbestellen. Relativ viel Aufwand für eine Selbstverständlichkeit. - Am Ende wurden für 5 erwachsene Personen und 1 Kind (5 Jahre) 6 volle Spezial Afternoon Tea, 2x Champagner zum Preis von CHF 13.-- verrechnet und die zwei Cola Zero wurden mit je CHF 6.-- auch noch addiert. Nein, liebe Geschäftsleitung, wir kommen nicht ein zweites Mal, damit der erste Eindruck verbessert werden kann (analog der Standard-Antworten der negativen Rezensionen). Dem Namen "Victoria-Jungfrau Grandhotel" wurde heute niemand gerecht. Einzig die aufgetischten Speisen scheinen gut angekommen zu sein. Da ich nicht wirklich gegessen habe, kann ich dies nicht beurteilen, ist aber verantwortlich für die 2 Sterne. Ansonsten hätte ich max. 1 Stern vergeben. Schade, dass wir am Tisch viel Zeit für einen Aufenthalt von Silvester auf Neujahr diskutiert haben. Diese Zeit hätten wir besser anderen Themen gewidmet...

Negative Erfahrung: Wir waren an diesem Wochenende zu besuch am Coiffeurkongress. Wir kamen am Samstag gegen 19:00 im Hotel an. Schon beim Einchecken mussten wir uns mit sammt Gepäck von der Garage durch den ganzen Apero durchschlängeln der zeitgleich in der Lobi statgefunden hat. Dabei hies es noch das wir etwas underdress seien für diesen Anlass. Wir hatten uns schon den ganzen Tag auf den Welnessbereich gefreut der sooo gros angepriesen wird. Leider war es unmöglich sich im Wasser aufzuhalten da, dass Wasser keine angenehme (inkl. Spruddelbad) Temperatur hatte. Dan wollten wir uns noch ein feines Abendessen genemiegen und gingen in das Restaurant Pizzaria Sapori. Da merkten wir leider das 2 Klasse verhalten. Was mich leider sehr schockierte. Wir bekammen keinen Platz und fast zeitgleich kam ein Ehepaar nach uns und hatten die gleiche Idee wir wir. Bei denen war es sogar das unmögliche, möglich zu machen und einen Tisch aus der Küche zu holen den sie extra für sie bereit zu stellten. Was ich leider noch am schlimmsten fand, war des ich das ganze Wochenende gefrohren habe. Und ich war definitiv nicht die einzige. Die meisten Teilnehmer des Kongresses empfanden es gleich kalt wie ich. Das die Temperaturen in den meisten Räumen unangenehm und kalt war für diese Jahreszeit. Mit freundlichen Grüssen Speisen und Getränke: Unser Dinner vom Kongress war Top. Essen Top und Bedienung auch Top. Nennenswertes: Das Essen im Hotel wart Top. Sehr zu empfehlen

Positive Erfahrung: Sehr schönes Hotel. Der Lage ist sehr gut. Der Zimmer war schön eingerichtet. Der Bett war bequem, aber das Sofabett leider nicht. Der Spa ist wunderbar. Und der Restaurant auch. Empfehlenswert.

Positive Erfahrung: Gutes 5 Sterne Hotel. Wer sich das leisten kann ist hier gut aufgehoben. Zimmer und Spa obere Klasse. Auch die Kinder kommen voll auf Ihre Kosten. Extra ein Haus nur für Kinder mit Betreuung von Musikzimmer über PC Zimmer, Mahlzimmer, Ruheraum und einem großen Spielzimmer. Weltklasse. Ab 1. Juli sollte ein außen Schwimmbad eröffnet werden mit Park Anlage. Für Raucher hat es eine gemütliche Raucherlunch.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Seit mehreren Jahren geniessen mein Partner und ich regelmässig den wahnsinnig abwechslungsreichen, luxuriösen und vielfältigen Sonntagsbrunch im Jungfrau Viktoria. Ein Buffet, welches uns immer wieder von neuem überrascht und mit qualitativen Produkten überzeugt. Vom klassischen Frühstück mit grosser Saftauswahl über ein abwechslungsreiches Salatbuffet und reichhaltiger Antipastiauswahl ist alles vorhanden. An Livestationen gibt es einen immer wechselnden Hauptgang, der im Anschluss von einem grossen Dessertbuffet abgerundet wird. Die Professionalität und Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter begeistert uns immer wieder. Jeder Besuch ist eine Auszeit aus dem Alltag, ermöglicht lange Gespräche in schöner Atmosphäre und lässt kulinarisch keine Wünsche offen.

The state of the art toilet also put a smile on our faces! We had a full body massage in the spa and it was one of the best I have ever had! We are in the italian where the food and service was super! Modern rooms! Best hotel and location in the area!

However the service of Francescadi Benedetto exceeded my expectations. She went beyond what a service crew was expected from their service and made us feel right at home. Her eloquence was superb and takes care of the details despite a busy morning. Maintain the same way throughout our stays. Definitely a Gem in the hotel & a star crew! If there’s one thing to make me come back to Victoria, if you be you!

Negative Erfahrung: Je me réjouissais infiniment de ce séjour pour mon anniversaire, et malheureusement toute la magie a été gâchée au moment du paiement: j’avais reçu un prix spécial mais suite à un échange d’e-mails désorganisé, l’hôtel a décidé d’appliquer un package bien plus cher que l’offre que j’avais reçu, malgré l’e-mail noir sur blanc avec mon offre spéciale. J’ai demandé poliment de prendre en compte le prix de l’offre, mais l’hôtel a préféré me charger plus de 100 CHF de plus Quelle déception dans une maison où je m’attendais à du professionnalisme, de l’écoute du client et tout ça le jour de mon anniversaire sans aucun égard. Le fait de me perdre comme cliente ne leur a pas posé de problème, ils n’ont même pas daigné s’excuser ni même me saluer dignement lors de mon départ. Je suis absolument dégoûtée de cet établissement où je me suis sentie un numéro, une cliente de seconde zone qui n’a aucune valeur à leurs yeux. Ils ont gâché ma journée d’anniversaire et ont été d’une froideur exécrable. Plus jamais je n’y retournerai.

Negative Erfahrung: Déception pour nous. Chambre non rénovée datant des années 60-70. Pas du tout au niveau d’u. 5 étoiles. Nous n’aurions jamais réservé si nous avions su. L’hôtel a été informé mais n’a pas réagi. Dommage parce que le reste est sympa (spa et restaurants).

Positive Erfahrung: 環境及房間非常舒適,本來印象十分喜悅良好,但遇到入住房間就感到房內存有煙味而向飯店櫃台人員反应時,第一時間竟要求housekeeper去噴香水處理,再要求客人去確認,完全不像專業飯店團隊水準,甚至還提出沒房間可換的可笑戲法,無奈被領隊識破而成功換到non-smoking房間,真是對顧客太不友善,浪费了客人快1小時多的寶貴時光,這種迎賓態度真不敢想像是發生在瑞士國家,是該好好員工訓練改進。

Negative Erfahrung: Un hôtel attrape-touristes !! Les soins sont horriblement chers et surtout de très mauvaise qualité et attention à votre hygiène car la piscine est sale. Même une employée de l’hôtel s’est confiée et a confirmé que cet hôtel est très loin des standards d’un 5 étoiles. Et en plus de ça, ils ne sont absolument pas arrangeant. A éviter… vraiment !
